I think if you sell now if you will make very less amount of money because you bought them at a very high price and if you sell them now you will making very less amount of money and in order to sell them you need to wait until the market starts recovering.
It is unfortunate if you sell it now because it will be fatal if you sell it now and will get a loss, if my advice is you have to sell it when the market is stable and normal again you can get big profits and will not be disappointed.

Selling is not an option, but it is a good time to invest in ETH-based coins and ICOs, because price of ETH should be boosted in the nearest future.
I consider that market could become much better, so it is not good option to sell most of tokens right now. More opportunities to come in future.

Sell all your coins now and wait for the buy back,the market is continuously dropping and XLM is not doing any better you can check that on your own Maybe its good for you to consider buying some other coins that has more potential than XLM ,i guess XRP is much enough for investing and to mke even holding for this centralized Cryptocurrency eill surely backed up by bankerd worldwide
According to its old prices, I can say that selling stellar would not be reasonable in this term. Just like a big portion of the all altcoins, stellar has a very low price too and I think the solution is just waiting for now.

If you don't need money then don't sell your XLM, keep it hold until the price mooning and gain more profit then you can sell your XLM.
Must better to hold for now your XLM and wait to recover on that price again, When you look at the price of XLM was too low and not neet to sell it on that kind of price. Actually if you have some patient and can wait of your XLM be going to in a high price must good for you. Just try to hold until end of this year maybe on that year is the chance to earn some profit of XLM you have.
with our current timeline i suggest for you to hodl, specially if you are far from being down on your investment. Even if you are selling will not give you the chance of breaking even with your investment. Though we have not seen a confirmation of the expected bull run there is still a big chance that it will happen for most of the altcoins.
I suggest to hold up to December, as it often did in the past year that crypto prices will skyrocket by the end of the year and I'm sure that this year is the same even though it was not as much as last year.

Since, the inception of Bitcoin, we have seen series of bear and bull cycles, instant pumps and dumps, shit coins and potential coins. People tend to FOMO and panic sell just because of the majority market sentiment. A good trader doesn't listen to noise. don't take investment decisions based on noise. You know which coins you are holding, read about them.
I am also not in favor of selling my coins in current time, I think that it is not the right time to sell our coin, I think that the price is already trading too much low therefore we should wait a little more tell the price increases high.
