Just give you a favour to make the decision. Think yourself about sells. Anybody would to say you anything, you know. And you would regret about it in future.
Due to market status, market goes red and with this situation the alts must be hold into your wallet as well, and when the market recovers as well as the market this is the right time to sell the alts you have and buyback again when the price goes down.
I only sell when I don't really believe in the long term scale of the project. But if I'm hodling I will do that smartly to avoid major losses.
The market has not yet recovered as at now, though there has been a sign of bullish run in the market, and we are all speculating right now. If you bought during the dip recent dip, you should be in a little profit by now and you can take advantage of that.
The best thing is instead of selling all you can sell some and keep some coin if you think that this coin still got potential to go up again. Because we don't know the future so don't miss the chance to make a profit.

The current prices in the crypto currencies market are very low. selling at these prices is a waste of money. prices will rise in the near future because the bull season will begin.

People tend to FOMO and panic sell just because of the majority market sentiment. A good trader doesn't listen to noise. don't take investment decisions based on noise. You know which coins you are holding, read about them.
The market is still relatively low yet based on your set goals, you must be able to decide how long to hold and when to sell. The best thing to do in this bear market is to work hard for more coins or buy as many as you can afford as the market will take the bull rise soon.
hold the first. the current price rise is just the beginning, if you want results that over time it could have been because of the time it is still old and new coins gradually back up. with willing to be patient to wait will definitely be greater in value.
I agree with you, aspiration and progress always give a positive result, if you are stretching before him and trying to be successful. We see how the market is in flat for more than a week and what does it give us? And the fact that now decides where to send the traffic and all that remains for us is to choose the strategy. To rely on Technical analysis or common sense, and unfortunately they say very different things. Once they agree, we'll be shaved.
When I analyze the market many coins are low price and not stable. So how can you will sell your XLM in that condition. Be patient and hold until the price are stable. And I suggest until the end of year. Hopefully the price will rise like last year.

If you think that $ 0.26 is a good price for this coin and it is unlikely to shoot, then sell. But I'm looking at the graph realize that this coin is alive and can still shoot.

I do not support the sale of ALtcoins this time. Opportunities for multiplication are still left if you keep the Altcoins. The Altcoins will recover in the end of this year.
It's better to hold, I'm sure that the market will recover soon so selling coins now will make us regret, the opportunity to skyrocket is certainly very open because entering the end of the year the market will skyrocket.
