It depends... Sometimes I sleep 3 hours and I feel fantastic. On the other hand today I slept 6 hours and It was not enough Sad

How many hours do you sleep in a day and how sleeping actually feels?


My doctor said to at least have a 6-8 hours of sleep. It will calm and relax my brain.

It is said that 8 hours is normal. For who? I sleep 5 hours a day and its normal for me. I look healthy, work normally and not sleepy all day. And my friend for example is tired if he slept less than 10-11 hours a day... So this is very individual.

I sleep around 5-8 hours depending on if I have something to do in the morning. As long as I get my coffee, I will always feel the same.

Usually around 8. If I go to bed earlier I get more refreshed in the morning for some reason.

I usually need 8 hours a day. If it's any less I will get terrible headaches. Same if I sleep longer than 8 hours.

I usually sleep for 6 hours a day. But this is not enough for me. I need more time to sleep but I don't sleep more cause I enjoy a deep sleep for the full time of sleeping.

I sometimes sleep only 6-7 hours a day, that's because my work in the real world is very much.

I average about 7 hours a day. Sleeping is very important --think of it as your way of recharging your batteries.

Sleeping is essential! People should sleep for 8 hours a day and still it is not enough. After a good sleep I feel so energetic. Do not like waking up early in the mornings.

I do not like sleeping a lot, because after that i feel myself broken and want one more time to sleep. Usually i sleep about 7 hours and it is normal for me.

I usually sleep for 7-8 hours a day, but i think i need 11! When i sleep more, i feel better and i'm in a good mood. If i sleep 4-5 hours i can't do anything. I feel so exhausted.

Complicated relations with SLEEP?? No problem if u use melatonin or some natural homeopatic therapy. I always do so, as i'm a little bit nervous person, to tell the truth guys Cheesy Embarrassed

A steady 6.5 - 7.5 hours a night. I feel great every morning.
