How many hours do you sleep in a day and how sleeping actually feels?
I sleep for approximately 8 Hours a day, but if I'm in a time crunch for a deadline or so, I may sleep only for 5 hours or less.

Sleeping always feels good, and it's very crucial for a good productive day.

I maintaining my 6 minimum hours sleep , thats why i make sure to be sleeping before 11 in the evening so i may have at least 7 hours budget to sleep.

for me sleeping is the most important part of life and this is must be maintained.

At the bare minimum I try to sleep at least 7 hours per day. If anything lower than that I makes me less productive and I can't focus or concentrate properly.

I usually sleep 7-8 hours a day. If I sleep less than 7 hours, then I feel bad all day. Especially when I sit at the computer for a long time, my eyes hurt. And when I sleep normally, then dreams are normal. Often sexy.

For now, I sleep between 5-7hrs a day but that's cos school has been shut down cos of the Pandemic but on a normal day, I sleep 4-5 hrs daily. It actually feels so good to sleep cos am mostly stressed out during the day

I believe that the average sleep is 8hrs on a typical daily activity of a person. And also base on my experience, it is better to have lack of sleep rather than oversleep as it might cause several defeciency on our body. I read a book, about sleeping, and it says that the time of sleeping has something to do with the circulation and self celansing of your own body. That is why it is very important to be time concious and disciplined when it come to what time are you going to sleep and what time are you going to wake up.

Most times I sleep for 7 to 5 hours per day. I have lot of work to do, sleep less to get the work done

I love to sleep ! Usually when I'm dreaming i know that this is a dream and I can do whatever I want. But for the topic, usually i have time for 7/8 hours but not every day..

During summer I am totally fine with 7 hours of sleep. But now in Winter it's crazy, I sleep 8 hours, wake up and see it's still dark outside and I feel tired. Not sure if it is because of the Summer/Winter time changes.

Winter are always such only where you feel more sleepy than summer. Due to climate, people want to remain in their cosy quilt and not come out of it. Thus sleeping in winter is for long hours as compared to summer.

For me I like to have atlesat 6 hours of good sleep for 1 night but I only need to have 4 or 5 hours to be able to funtion proper the next day.

I never did understand why it is required for us to have 8 hours of sleep.  This seems like too much to me honestly.

I love to sleep. Sleeping is very important for every mankind. Ot is winter running and this time sleeping is very enjoyable. I want to sleep 8 hours but i can't sleep for my regular work.

I think that it is very important to sleep well. Because if we don't have a good sleep, it affects us really badly on our daily activities. I usually sleep for 7 or 8 hours. It is the best sleep length for me to stay focused and active in the day.

As long as you can have quality time to sleep, you will feel better than before, and it is no need to have longer to have that quality time. I knew my uncle, who does not sleep for only less than 5 hours a day, but he feels that his body is okay and he feels fit every day. He doesn't consume vitamins or others, just sleep. He says if he can snore in sleep, that means he really sleep in the deep, and if he woke up later, he would feel fit.

Sleeping is good and it keeps the body healthy and functioning but as humans struggling to survive in the face of all these prevailing circumstances and frustration from our government. So as a result of the struggles for survival and greener pastures we tend to work more than expected. I don’t have a particular time I sleep it’s all depends on my activities and schedule, I’m sure I never slept more than 6hours for the past two years.

I sleep for 6 to 8 (usually Cool hours. I feel very energetic when I maintain this sleeping pattern. I focus more easily on my doings when I sleep like that. I believe that having a sleeping pattern is quite important. Because you can allocate time to do more things when you have it and believe me it feels very good.

I usually sleep 9 to 10 hours a day. I know that this is bad, and I need to sleep 8 hours a day at most, but I can't do anything with myself, 8 hours of sleep is not enough for me.

I'll be happy having a maximum 6 hours sleep at night but at least 4 hours is enough,this pattern that when we get older our body is asking a little time of sleeping not like when we are still young that we need full 8 hours and more sleep.
