How many hours do you sleep in a day and how sleeping actually feels?
I really love to sleep and i usually sleep for 8 to 10 hours every night but the more the better.

Sleep may be a vital thing to stay the body healthy an adult usually needs seven to eight hours of sleep an evening if sleep isn't enough even as the health of the body and mind is broken so an excessive amount of sleep is additionally harmful to the body. i usually get 6 hours of sleep not sleeping during the day increases our weight and sleeping more increases the danger of heart condition.

I slept 8 hours, because 8 hours is the ideal time to rest our mind & body.

For me, I sleep about 7 hours a day, in addition to that I sleep a little during the day, and after returning from work, I am tired and think that sleep is the best way to rest, and that a little sleep harms health and causes the body to overeat.

I sleep more than 8 hours a day and it really feels so good but sometimes makes me crave for more sleep. Some studies shows that sleeping more than 8 hrs a day makes you crave for more sleep that's why it is advisable to sleep for 6-8 hrs a day.

I used to sleep 8 hours a day. But due to my work its quite hard to follow this routine because sometimes I have an overtime on work.

If I didnt reach the 8 hours to sleep, im having headaches the next day.
Before I was able to get 8 hours of sleep daily. But I think as we grow older, it changes.

I have sleep deprivation and it's hard to cope up and get back to that normal sleeping habits. It has affected me a lot and made me fat. Because if I remain awake, I'll eat, drink just to make myself sleepy.

Even 6 hours sleep could be enough if we are in the deep sleep but most of us are having disturbing sleep flr sure and this ks because of electronic gadgets we are using in these days.So to get better sleep try to avoid contact with your smartphone phone at least two hours before your sleep time.

I sleep daily from 6 to 7 hours, but ideally it is 8-10 hours, it is supremely important to sleep because life is there, resting well gives you the strength to do all the activities of the day with great success, but is probably in the mood low, and sleep well it feels good because when it rests in reality when you wake up it is a lot of tranquility that you feel.

I'm not getting too much sleep and I feel kind of tired but I got to the point I dont feel sleepy anymore. If I go to bed in less than 1 minute I lose consciousness XD

I have broken sleeping patterns due to my job. i usually sleep from 4 am till 8 am. then sleep again from 2 pm until 7pm. so that makes it a total of 9 hours!

if I get less than 8 hours a night I feel really bad, when I sleep 10+ I feel like a new person, I am not sure, why, been like it my whole life, I have no illnesses.

I usually get 6-7 hours of sleep on workdays and about 9-10 hours on weekends. Seems enough most of the time, but I do like to sleep more on weekends because I don't turn on the alarm and its better for recovery after going to the gym. Falling asleep is not an issue if its absolutely dark, otherwise I get really frustrated and can't fall asleep.
