I was born to sleep less. I sleep five hours everyday and I feel good. I need around 1 hour nap at noon to refresh myself. My mom tried to make me sleep longer but failed in that even I sleep early, then I wake up early. nothing changed in my total sleep length.

I work and rest regularly every day.
I slept for about six or seven hours.
But I need to drink coffee every day to keep my energy for the day.

I sleep six hours a day.
There is a lot of work to be busy during the day.
Usually do not take a nap.
The mental state is okay.

My sleep quality has not been very good, especially recently, I have a lot of worry and I feel very tired. However, I recently came into contact with this documentary and made a summary. Some methods are still good, you can refer to it.
Do not pursue sleep length, but improve sleep quality.
1. Take a hot bath before going to bed
Taking a hot bath an hour before going to bed can not only relax your body and mind, but at the same time, after your body temperature rises, the process of falling again will make you feel sleepy.
2. Choose a fixed time to fall asleep (suitable: people who often toss and turn in bed. People with chronic insomnia)

Well.. Some might say, that it's not enough, but I sleep like 5 - 5.5 hours a day.. And done it for 8 years now..
The advice of many people is correct. How many hours of sleep a day depends on your age, but 5 - 5.5 hours is very little. Minimum 7 hours a day to have energy and spirit for the new day.

Usually, I sleep about 6-7 hours per day, in weekend I sleep up to 9 hours, but I recommend to maintain a 8 hours regime.

I love staying up late. Usually I go to bed at 24:00-1:30, then I wake up at 11:00 in the morning. it might be harmful to my health but I couldn't help it. playing online games is so funny!

My sleeping is rather irregular. I have a baby now and my sleep depends entirely on her sleep. when she has a sound sleep, I sleep longer, vice versa. the only thing I want now is she can sleep soundly every night, it really frays my nerves Sad

7 hours and a half. I fall asleep quickly and it feels good. I hate stay up. every time I do it, no matter how late I get up the next day, I feel tired Undecided

If it’s a winter time then yes in morning are always lazy, good thing you get sleep fast and getting sufficient sleep for your body to rest and have peace of mind for next day to start fresh. So keep it up and ensure you do not break this chain by waking too late in nights as it can disturb your sleep and next day is totally wasted due to headache etc.

How many hours do you sleep in a day and how sleeping actually feels?

About 3-5 hours a day depending on what my shift will be at work. I think that should be enough for me. Im not really a dip sleeper.

my work is very busy and I can only sleep for 6 hours every day. it's okay for me since my sleeping quality is good can it can give me enough energy for work. I have to mention that though the work is busy, I take a nap everyday for 30 minutes.

I often sleep eight or nine hours a day. My sleep is very light and I am easily awakened. So I need to sleep for a long time before I feel adequate sleep. Many times I have dark circles because I don't sleep well.

I only sleep for about six or seven hours a day, because I always stay up late, often go back to bed at two or three o’clock, always have insomnia in the middle of the night, and then pick up my phone to play, which makes me sleep even later Up.

I usually sleep for at least eight hours a day, less than this time I will feel very tired, my insomnia quality is not very high, often awakened by nightmares, this is very troublesome for me, and there is no good solution method.

I try to get 8 hours sleep every night. Very often I fail though & end up being quite tired. I always use the weekend to have a lie in & catch up on sleep.
