You only hold one coin? Man, that's very unreasonable. I hope you have some other good coins. Have you studied the news background of these two coins? Have you studied the graphics of these coins? This is the first thing to do before buying and selling. Last year you would have been lucky, but this year you should not mindlessly buy and sell coins. I will continue to hold the ETH coin that I have, if I want to have coins, I can have it if I have free money. Yes, THERE has very good potential in the coming year, but ETH is not bad for you to keep because maybe everyone knowing there were so many ICOs and they chose the ETH platform and saw that the coin rank in ETH coinmarketcap.com was still in second place under BTC, and there were so many advantages of ETH. I will still maintain ETH even though ADA has good potential.

Such transaction doesn't make sense. It isn't necessary to sell to Ethereum it very not favourably now. These are coins from a top 10 and will grow in the future they identical.
ADA is Altcoins quality and good value as well as potential and has many future applications. But i think that ETH is invulnerable because it is the only currency lost to Bitcoin so selling ETH to buy ADA is wrong and not right strategy.
for me, I will keep the eth I have until the price breaks the $ 1,800 mark and I'm sure that will be achieved in the next few years

Do you have confidence that ADA will survive inflation, I personally am not sure that ADA can survive that. we just see a lot of coins and altcoin experiences inflation including eth. don't forget ETH is the strongest competitor of Bitcoin.
When I began to study the projects, I immediately liked the Cardano project. It has everything to be more successful than Ethereum, it has a great team, a finished product, active developers and support from the community. But it seems to me that it prevents to overtake competitors the popularity of Ethereum and the number of coins offered.
In my opinion at the moment you should not sell all ETH to buy ADA. Because the crypto market decreases almost all Altcoins also fall down and keeping ETH is optimal when it's cheaper and more potent ADA.
Ok, you sold all the Ethereum and bought ADA. Just think that ADA is good, but do not think that ADA is better than Ethereum. Lots of projects are based on the ETH Blockchain, and when you pay the comission, you pay it only in ETH, that means that ETH will live and it is one of the pluses.

I did exactly the same a year ago. I sold a part of the Ethers and bought promising altcoins. As a result, Ethereum increased four-five-fold, and Altcoins decreased more than 10 times. So draw your own conclusions.
Judging by the market situation, you did the right thing, now Etherium is not having the best of times. The ICO market is almost dead. ADA is a very good project, I also keep a little.

If I sold my Eth i will buy Btc done Ada because for me bitcoin was known than Ada. I can't abandon Eth for ADA and sell all my eth savings.
