ada is a good coin, but ethereum succeeds in this coin and is in 2nd place in the general market because the capitalization of etrium is much higher, therefore ethereum needs to be stored in your wallet

but ADA with current prices I think it's quite competitive therefore some strategies tend to buy ADA. but it is too speculating to sell all assets from ETH to ADA. until now I still believe in ETH but ADA is not a bad choice. 
I feel your steps aren't right because you sold your Ethereum to buy Cardano, if you buy Ethereum at a high price then sell it at a low price just to buy Cardano then this is called a loss. how nice if you HOLD your Ethereum and make money from outside to buy Cardano (ADA)...
It is not necessary to do it. Ethereum perspective cryptocurrency. I wait for a new pamping of the price of Ethereum. It will be soon.

ADA seems very promising but as of now that's all it is to me, a bunch of big promises. ETH has a lot of problems but it's the best working platform the crypto world has to offer.

Eth is still the most widely used cryptocurrency that's why it's 2nd to bitcoin.

Maybe thats a good move since ethereum doesn't seem to bounce back this year so expanding your investment in some coin is a good choice but I hope that you choose a good coin because most ico nowadays a just scam.

Are you really sure about that coin? I hope you did some good research before investing in that coin because I think ethereum is still one of the best coin out there .
Market capacity always has good facilities for each trader, you just have to have a feeling that trust must exist with ethereum losing without THERE worth 1/10
It's good to trust but we should also learn to minimize the risk. I can say of my stay here in crypto that I have seen a lot of coins who pump and still profitable until now.
Hence, IMO, we should learn to invest in different coins so we can ride when some of them will pump in the future.

I think Ethereum is better than ADA, because ethereum is very popular and many people invest in Ethereum. So i prefer in ethereum, i think ethereum will grow 2-4x in 2020. So be petient for it, if you want to make more profit. 
Crypto trading or market manipulation is totally base o predictions and news, So i appreciate your decision you take risk and wish you to get good profit from ADA in near future.
I think it would be better if you hold the ethereum that you have, if it is sold now the price is not maximal, you can sell it when the price has gone up, then you can get profit
Actually between all top 10 ranking crypto on the coinmarketcap, the coins that stronger from market crash is BTC, XLM and ETC, so i think that all coins has potential more to going up with biggest gainer in the next bull market. And for the ADA and ETH was dumped more than 85% from the top price.
for now, I'm still more interested in collecting ETH compared to other coins. well, maybe there is a good coin, and of course it's potential, but I won't sell my ETH for now. well, but for those who see the potential of the ADA, of course this will be a new opportunity.
