A keeper who helped keep Ajax defense the best for 3 years running, 33% clean sheets. Then goes to Italy and keeps 50% clean sheets. I only saw him properly vs City in CL final but he was confident with ball to feet, like all modern keepers. United needed to modernize their goalie, but they forgot Onana style needs defense like Ajax or Inter, or City or Liverpool.
Give him Maguire and Dalot and Wan Bissaka who PANIC with ball, then he cannot keep his own composure.

I’m not sure that Onana’s problems do not lie in himself - I looked at the clips of goals that he missed throughout the entire last season (and part of this season) and I can say that in 25-30 percent of cases this is definitely his mistake.
