I lost trust from Utd and Tottenham from long time but still I was going with Tottenham and paid the price. Fuck them! LOL
yeah i avoid these prats in my bets, they're a coin flip, but in our pool you almost always have to pick the main favorites to win their game, and unfortunately that means backing Spurs and Man Utd lol

Good game in the end, second half opened up with Everton also somewhat threatening.
Anthony Gordon was the main threat, he managed to outpace every opponent when he had a 1v1 and plenty of space

but overall, well all saw it and the statistics don't lie, Everton were crap today, a training ground for Liverpool... just wth is this, Lampard?  Grin

While we are on the topic how shitty was Everton... Did you see that stat that Thiago Alcantara had more correct passes then whole Everton team? Really tells you everything you need to know about the game.

As I said in some different topic, City and Liverpool are in a league of thwir own. Nobody can even dream to match their pace throughout the season.

shit, it is getting harder to avoid relegation, round by round
have to say that did not expect much from city derby with neighbors, but Burnley is on a run, with seven points from last three rounds, and relegation spot is now ours
on the bright side, nine points from four matches in a league today, great score

Especially when someone is too panic to pick draws. I usually suck when there are draw matches since I always take a side LOL. I was thinking to have 2 - 0 for Liverpool, I wish I would, just missed 1.5 points 😉

By the way, I am happy with my 9th position so far. Leeds or Palace tomorrow?

Well, that first half of Liverpool vs Everton must have been the most frustrating game I've watched in several years. Talk about anti football, although I don't blame them you could see that we're far superior, and they're fighting for regelation so. At one point, Richarlison literally went down from heading the ball, a pretty soft header too. Then he went down attempting a tackle, and Everton went mental because we didn't put it out.

The amount of diving was awful also. However, on the flip side Mane could have easily seen red for his two face touches, whatever you want to call them. I was surprised that Klopp kept him on for as long as he did. Thought he might have been taken off at half time.

Good game in the end, second half opened up with Everton also somewhat threatening. Although, at that point you just thought it was inevitable that we would at least score one.

I never expected to do this good this week and I think there are two games left who will decide the fate of the yellow cap.I found almost every game beside Tottenham and Arsenal which I didn't put at all, today Burnley gave me a perfect score,Chelsea and Southampton a close one each and Liverpool so far is giving me 1 point,if they manage to score another one it would be another close but it just finished 2-0 so 1 point.

Tomorrow game of Crystal Palace vs Leeds I don't have any idea but it should be a draw most likely or a Palace big win.

I'm on the other side of good in the last few games, I decided to trust the Wolves, again and got let down. I also changed my initial 2:0 Liverpool win to 3-0 at the last minute, that's another 1.5 points thrown down the drain for me  Roll Eyes

I'll probably just got Chelsea and Palace for the remaining games of the game week

Southampton look like they'll lose again...

I took a live bet on them as soon as they went down to the early goal... with the Super Boost it was worth it... then the injury to Livramento really took the wind out of their sails though and Brighton in the air -- Saints had no answer to them at all really.

Then steps up JWP from out of nowhere, freekick keeper should have saved just before half time, and then out of the blocks in the second half to smack that volley in to take his tally to 10 for the season... 14 freekick goals to his name already, that guy!

Brighton 78th offside goal margin was wafer thin, bleh. Actually picked Brighton for the win in pool though so I ended up dropping precious points, and losing my bet. I love draws...

P.S. Crazy late goal from Chelski puts tumi way in front, bloody bastard.

Wow, I might actually have been less surprised if Spurs lost, but what do you think guys, when a game ends zero-nil it always makes me feel like neither sides tried hard enough, so couldn't score, and also didn't take enough risks that allowed their opponent in.

Anyway I got really lucky I think on the scores, and this is my best position in the pool ever. In fact, in any pool for the past 3 seasons.

Wow when I say it like this it's THREE years we all been doing this!

Southampton look like they'll lose again...

Threw in quite a number of 3-1s on this round, well, every single game yesterday actually, and was mildly surprised to see the tactic semi-worked out to pull myself a couple of positions up. I don't know what made me back Villa again yesterday really, I mean, I thought they surely had to snap a 4-game losing streak and you don't have better chances to hit a Vardy-less Leicester.

Arsenal popping in a sweet 3-1 win over United is cherry... too bad they can't blame Maguire on that one.

Im such a clown that I picked this against Arsenal  Roll Eyes

it is really hard to see United play, they are not even playing football, just dancing around the pitch
and all the other teams are playing, Arsenal for sure

I tried with a draw, but was closer to Arsenal win, hopefully they will see CL next season, after all, and losing strike start

and I have to look at lower part of the table, Everton is fighting to avoid relegation, and it is getting harder by each round

Keep trusting United even when you know that they dont have a chance on winning  Roll Eyes

Also picked 1-0 for their next one against Chelsea. The only time that I picked the opposite team to win against United this whole season was last round against Liverpool. Totally had to pick Liverpool to win on that game as I dont see how United would win on that one lol

i was surprised myself today that i am currently in the front on this matchday and maybe have the chance to wear the yellow hat at least once in the round - the whole thing will then just show tomorrow Cheesy
Wish you good luck brother. Let's hope this does not become a shitshow for you tomorrow 😉. It's too early to say anything right now.

i was one of the few unfortunate souls who predicted a United win today and i paid the price for it, ffs! could cost me a higher position in the leaderboard at the end of the season  Lips sealed

tough game for Klopp since they also need to save some energy for the 2nd leg of the champions league semis
I hope boys will be just fine. They are professionals and they know how to handle the pressure. Let's hope they do not get the tired legs.

and out of nowhere Newcastle are currently up to 9th position.
yeah, they're in good form lately. Their next match will be at home against Liverpool. That's gonna be a spicy game, scousers shouldn't underestimate Newcastle, they're in high spirit and ready to put up a proper fight, and Liverpool will be tired after the CL game so, tough game for Klopp since they also need to save some energy for the 2nd leg of the champions league semis

The topper so far is cygan with 7.5 so comparing with that having 4 points or even 3.5 is not bad at all. Tomorrow if one of two exact score can be hit then the overall points will look good.

I forgot to put Arsenal as I was reminded just 8 minutes after the game started that I had not put my picks, but I did good for the other 4 games I think in which I got 4 points, two close results 1 Man.City and 1 Leicester then the Newcastle 1 point.I am surprised how bad Tottenham does not want the 4th place by missing a lot of chances and screwing a lot of people bets but because of such deeds I think they do not deserve this place.
I did not make my picks for few weeks in a raw but still seeing myself at top 10 feels good LOL.

I couldn't pick a side from Aston Villa or Leicester City that's why I settled for the draw there as well, and out of nowhere Newcastle are currently up to 9th position.
Well Villa vs Leicester paid off then. I always think picking a draw is risky that's why I take a side always. In a round when there are many draws then I suck 😉

Did not expect two draws and massive margin by City and Castle win actually gave me poor points. So far only 3.5 out of 5 matches. You always need exact scores to make a difference on the rounds.

Betting on Arsenal paid off by the way. Tomorrow is big day for Liverpool. It's big because every match means final for season title.

I have only been able to get just 4 points so far too, Tottenham with another big fumble of themselves. I didn't expect Man Utd to lose to Arsenal tbh, I could have gone for an Arsenal, but the reintroduction of Ronaldo back in the starting line up made me settle for the draw.

I expected Man Utd to lose with how they are playing bad and this isnt a surprise at all. The bigger surprise is that Tottenham didnt win. For me this is another middle table week in weekly pool so im not happy at all. Just cannot move up to top 5 positions hopefully soon
