Quite a low scoring match week by the gang here, lee won’t care though. Congrats on the yellow cap, amigo. Good luck to all those still in with a fighting chance of a paid prize.

in the end, Good looked over Liverpool teams, but blue ones were closer to his heart
maybe it is because red ones looked more for him/her/it, and blue ones fought for points, rare event this season

and he/she/it was also looking to yellow/green ones, that won over Burnley, to keep blue ones safe from relegation

That's okay, it was always going to be tough, and I think if you asked most Reds before the season started if they'd take ending 1 point behind City after 31 games, most of them (probably myself included) would.

yeah, I guess that Liverpool was not major favorite in the beginning, but somehow closer to title than City, IMO
nevertheless, I am more looking to relegation fight this season, and I am sure that we would not accept having four points above relegation zone before season start Sad

but overall, I cannot believe that Arsenal lost their match on weekend, what a bang-head for them

Although, we were absolutely awful for the first half, and could have, and probably should have conceded more. However, I'm using the fact that one of the goals we conceded had a massive deflection, while I think both of our goals were pretty well worked. So, yeah it was a bad day at the office, we didn't turn up until the second half, which was pretty balanced, and I thought we had the upper hand for the majority of it, but Man City turned up with one of the best performances I've seen of the season from them, so I take a little bit of comfort knowing while we didn't exactly turn up for the whole game, we still got something from it.
2-2 seems like most fair result to me. You were very week in defense beginning of the match, there was so many great crosses behind LFC defense. City could have scored a couple and decided the match there. I still don't know how Sterling did not score that first chance, kudos to Alisson.

Liverpool got out in second half furious and that was your chance to maybe put one hand on 3 points. All in all great game for us neutrals and it could have gone each way.

I'm still delusional quietly confident we'll do it despite the harder fixture list.

Well, I guess I got to be happy, probably on balance the fair result, Fabinho's passing was poor, Trent was too determined to score (that long range attempt when any other day he passes), my heart was really suffering the entire game.

Yeah well done on the yellow cap leea. Bloody deserved.

Seems like Manchester City have a little better fixture to the end of the season, but they have now 2 games in a row that can be very damaging for the moral of the team if you lose.

One for UCL against Atletico Madrid 13/04 and agaisnt Liverpool again for FA cup 16/4. In this times its when a lot of people say (and with reason) the English association didnt help his teams, how you can  put 3 day away of the UCL a semifianl of the FA cup.

On the other hand, win those two and City will probably cruise to the end. Odds on the FA Cup semi even heavier on Liverpool, and I'm not sure I've got much gas left in the tank to bet, but I'll do all I can to haha.

English FA is mad, we all know that Wink

there's always an user who predicts a big upset every week, eh?  Cheesy i remember last week it was leea1334 with the Crystal Palace win against the gunners
And this week the only one who picked Everton AND got the exact score. Play a few more rounds like that leea you might yellow cap and break Top 10 ha!

Thank you for the words I indeed took a yellow cap, which was what I was aiming for every round now,,, as you can see my pool position is too far but winning yellow caps are good enough!

Me like Trofo very happy to get another exact with 2-2 but this was actually 'easy' to predict,,, I just copied the last game result between the 2 of them. If I am not mistaken in the Anfield game, they were the ones who took the lead two times and equalized by City, this time different. I guess you could say this is a true example of both teams trying to win and sharing everything in the end. Worthy top 2 teams for sure, Chelsea unfortunately can only dream of being like them consistently. Spurs? Forget it for now.

I went with City to win 2-1, and I really knew the chances of a draw, but I wasn't trying to jinx myself (I did eventually), I ended up with just 6 points at the end of the week and gradually losing my grip on the top 10.

I lost my real money bet on Liverpool but on the pool I got it as an exact score,I thought Liverpool would win tonight and so I bet on them to win but I thought if they don't win to have them as a draw in the pool as I was firmly convinced that the would not lose this game as a bare minimum.

On a side note I didn't expect this round to be 3rd in the rankings after starting so bad yesterday,it just shows that anything is possible in the Premier League and consequently the standings here in the pool.

Lost all my big ML outlays, haha, but well, the race is still on. But yeah, that's how football matches should be. Not fun for the half of the fans half of the time, but glad it served up everything it promised.

I need a long rest!

@darxiaomi: Arsenal, Chelsea, United, Spurs -- all vying for the lead role in this season's casting for Jekyll and Hyde. Russian roulette really.

HAHAHA nice one, and yes its unpredictable this season in this spots 4/5/6/7 places.

Totenham and Arsenal are classic teams with this issues but now Manchester United is having this class of behaviours.

Good tie to make more excitement the finish of tournament. (and because i put 1-1).

We can have action in the relegation zone, in the european cup zone and in the championship zone. great finish of season ahead.

Finally one exact score for me in the pool and one which not many people predicted. Just what I needed to save the week.
And I was hoping for the 2 - 3 for Liverpool. I felt it was going to happen many times. By the way, is this only me or there are few others too with me who lost numbers of heart pulse LOL

I really need to stop watching matches like this in future 🤣

It would be better if we would have full three point, no matter how we played. But it's okay not to have any point difference. Next is Utd.

I think Liverpool are the better team right now but City will have the home advantage so a draw it is.
3-1 mauling, you heard it here first. Seriously, this weekend has been brilliant, UFC last night with a stacked event, and now Liverpool going to absolutely put the sword to Manchester City WinkCheesy.
Draw it is and 2:2 at that. It was a great game which could have ended with a couple more goals easy, this is what every derby should look like. Bunch of goals, even more opportunities and a couple of heated duels to show that stakes really are high. I had a bet on both to score so double joy for me as neutral watcher.

Nerves going to start kicking in soon. Will be interesting to see the starting line ups, I think Jota starts for us, alongside Mane, and Salah. I think Diaz playing midweek for the entire game tells us he's probably going to be on the bench. Anyone have any ideas how City will line up, particularly in the midfield?

Also, Manchester United's current position reminds me of what Liverpool were like before Klopp. Could take them a very long time until they get themselves out of the rut they are in judging by how long it took us.

And that changes so fast. I was sure Arsenal will get that 4th position and last CL spot easy. They were super consistent and Spurs played great one week, terrible in the next. Now it looks like Spurs found their form and Arsenal lost it and I would give that 4th place for Spurs without second thought.

United is bad whole season, no change there. They just get 3 points here and there when De Gea has his day and attack scores a couple of flukes. United and Everton are biggest disappointments for me this season.

Switched picks last minute in this round: Wolves and Villa (despite the latter letting me down often). Gerrard's losing his bounce effect, hard for me to swallow. Luckily the table's just bunched up rather than gone away so I'm okay. What a bastard you've been, tumi.

Good guy Arsenal helping Man Utd stay in the top 5 race 👍

@toma don't need to change your mind, we're on the same choir. No coach can change United, United need to change first. Mentally, and accept the truth of LvG when he said they're a commercial club first and foremost. Long may that be.
Glazers gotta go. As long as they're there, Man Utd are doomed. I think Erik ten Hag still has the opportunity to leave this dumpster fire, right? or is it a done deal? i'm not sure... About Simeone, i don't see him lasting more than 1 week in Manchester lol  imo, his style of football does not suit United let alone the fast-paced EPL, i think he's more of a Serie A kind of manager

I'm in two minds. One wants United to fix themselves, same mind that wants Everton to. Klopp says, and he's right, you're better with tough opponents around you. We made United the force they were in the past, I'm sure they agree. Of course, if the Devil said City and others could be in that mix challenging every season, while United and Everton relegate, it'd be hard for me not to smile. It's evil maybe, but nothing malicious in there. So in that sense... long may Glazers reign =p

Man United against relegation fodder this year,

Burnley 1-1
Watford 0-0
Everton 1-0

Grin. One person got the score correct as well. Lots of unexpected results today. Arsenal losing at home and Leeds winning away 3-0 were also unexpected. Tomorrow's games all look tricky to me as well. I've just realised I've got them all as draws so probably gonna have to change some of them. One I won't be changing is the City/Liverpool game as I really can't pick a winner in that. I think Liverpool are the better team right now but City will have the home advantage so a draw it is.

more than happy with United lose, it is a great deal of points for Everton
Leeds knocking down Watford, means Watford is relegated, I think that they cannot get six points in last seven rounds, even if Everton lose all matches

but Burnley will be a "pain in the ass", hopefully Norwich will pull out draw with them tomorrow

I think i was one of the rare people in this round to go with everton draw and i was so close to winning it but stupid Man Utd couldnt score again and lost all points on that match. Also made a bad decision on Chelsea i dont know why i went with draw. So far a terrible round for me hopefully tommorow i get some good points. I need Norwich to win so that will be hard

I checked the stats of this round and most of us had a terrible result for this round, not much has changed from the last week to this week in almost everywhere in the standings, only small moves, small "overtakes" in places.I was also really surprised with Manchester United lost game together with Arsenal but Arsenal has also a precedent, they have lost at least 2 times against Brighton with this result, although this happened when they were playing away and I guess it is the first time they lose at home against Brighton in these last couple of seasons.
