Your statement that, "I myself believe what I see and feel because I am a realist" can be contradictive. You do aware that the two doesn't necessarily mutually exclusive? While, at times, they can support each other, there are times they contradict each other too. Believing what you see would imply you base what you believe on an observable materials, while believing what you feel has a possible tendency that you perceive things from what your emotion say, neglecting facts.

For example, the statement that LM and I DMed each other, someone who base their belief on observable materials will accept things as fact because they see the proof of it, they will only make that DM statement because they see it themselves, e.g.: screenshots. While someone who base the belief on their feeling will have a possible tendency to made [up] the statement based on their emotion, which could be clouded, e.g. spite, thus, impaired.


How is this relevant and were you trying to put words into people's mouth? I don't think anyone ever accuses you on "cheating and exploiting the big part of 24 USDT", what people say [and you admitted] was you taking advantage of the bug by repetitively exploited it to passive-agressively show someone that you know what he did.

Because there was and is no scam happening, that's why.

I've never seen such a huge fuss raised over such a small issue or insignificant amount of money. 

Taken as a whole, and having watched this (stupid) saga play out for like 3-4 months now, I can only conclude that JackpotRacer is extorting blackjack.fun for something on the side. They didn't get what they wanted, now they are continuing this crusade of baseless slander. Its one of the most bizarre things I've seen in a while. But whatever JPR was hoping to achieve completely backfired. Their reputation is plummeting to game-protect-level status and I doubt anyone here will ever take them seriously again.

Because there are lack of proof or no proof does not mean something has not happened. As you can get from my last post that I will believe Little Mouse easily than you or someone else who is unknown to me.

Regarding blackjack.fun, I am no one to order any gambling site to fix issues in their site, I can only suggest. They look after their business.

I was reading the last few responses of this topic to learn the updates but when I saw someone quoted @Little Mouse and it was about you scamming him, I was following the quotes until I read the original post from Little Mouse. What surprises me that you did not bother to give a direct reply to him. You kept addressing holydarkness but didn't feel Little Mouse needed a direct response. When many things go wrong then it's believed that something is not truly right.

On the Blackjack.fun thread I found you nicer, you reasoning were understandable to me but I swear I trust some users, I have been seen them from long time and Little Mouse is one of them. I will better believe something from some of these people and will not bother to ask evidences.

Yes a new scam accusation thread would be appropriate and show any proof he has and if he can prove it that I scammed him then you all have what you wanted. But if he cannot prove it, he must apologize. simple as that.

I know these lies regarding the scam accusation are coming. Who else would try to scam me by having a time travel (knowing that Jackpotracer will tag me)? And why would they tell me on telegram that they just had tagged me? This all proves who is the impersonator.

Anyway, I'll move on. I dont have any proof of my claiming except a screenshot where the scammer on telegram told me that he tagged me from his main account. If this proof is enough, I'll create a scam accusation. Otherwise, I'll move on and possibly remove the negative tag (will turn into neutral) as I don't want to abuse the trust system (I barely put neg tag without reference link). Well, given in your opinion, it is a free roll and there is no one suffering financial loss by joining the game, nor sacrificing anything, it can be safely inferred that no one is scamming anyone. Not you, not other players, not blackjack. It's free roll. The prize is real money, but no one suffers anything by joining the game.

This should invalidate your scam accusation thread against them.

It was previously [and repetitively] asked what the scam is. You refused to give straight answer, only pointing to general direction that your problem were: [1] the bug in their free roll tournaments, [2] their 100 USD bug bounty and your current balance --which you kinda refuse to accept-- and [3] your demand to turn the funds into giveaway... oh, and [4] a request to re-gain access to the platform to test that bug.

Point number 2 and 3 kinda explains itself, that they're invalid. One can't be said scamming someone else because that someone else did not provide a return address, nor complying to the demand of creating a giveaway on that someone's behalf.

Point number 4 has a very clear solution that JollyGood nicely provide: create another account, test that bug, record everything, provide it here. Granted, it'll be against their rule of multi-acc, but given you're just want to test it and does nothing else, which means you'll be in and out in five minutes or less, with little to zero fund being involved [and thus they can't confiscate due to a breach in ToS; multi-acc], I think the general consensus here will be that there is no harm in that, and that it is perhaps the first and probably the only one case where multi-acc is "encouraged". You refused that. So, we're clear on this one.

This leaves the only point in your case: bug and tournament. Given you're agree that it is a free roll, etc. as said above, this also clears and invalidate the accusation.

Explained as above, it should means everything in your thread against them is resolved.

ELI5: I just wanted to cross the T and dot the I, make sure it's valid and agreeable to mark your case as resolved [previously and currently marked as "invalid"] on my list.

I will try to answer part of your question so maybe it will help. Yes, the free tournaments are free rolls IMO. They were real but free rolls with USDT prizes. USDT prizes are real money. Let me know what else I missed to answer your question. What does the answer tell you?

I can only repeat that I discovered the timer exploit and since I used it only once in an exaggerated way, I could not win any money as the owner of Blackjack.fun is accusing me. He still did not show any proof which could be very easy for him and therefore I am still very surprised that besides the license lie why does nobody ask to prove that I cheated them out of the big part of 24 USDT? He could easily prove it and all would be over long ago and I would be the declared big scammer of the big part of 24 USDT and everyone would be happy.

Nonetheless: regarding the free tournaments on their platform, and in relation to your course of actions and decision during your stay there, do you consider them as free roll or are they a serious and real, given real money are being involved?

For my part (not that it matters much), I am removing myself from the thread.

Before departing, I would like to re-iterate my points and comments mentioned specific to their licences because my views are still the same. I think Blackjack could easily have verified they indeed had a valid licence during 31st December 2023 with Curacao and from 1st January 2024 to 18th February 2024 with Anjouan but have actively avoided proving it.

As it currently stands, they displayed a valid licence on their website from 19th February 2024 after members of the forum questioned why they were showing a Curacao logo without a validator link. Eva attested a valid licence was always in place during the overlap but as this was never proven, I do not believe them. I have mentioned before, that is the only blemish on their record at the moment and that one licence issue is not even a big problem in the grand scheme of things.

About the $600, this absolutely awful. As I mentioned in a post to another member, it can happen to anybody if they get distracted at the wrong time.

Regarding him contacting your clients whether or not pretending to be you and also contacting you while pretending to be your clients, this is unacceptable as a stand-alone issue. When you add to that he scammed you for $600 it makes it worse. If you are able to provide some sort of evidence that implicates JackpotRacer, I will support a flag.

His account has a number of red tags therefore he knows it cannot be used for any meaningful function except to make a nuisance of himself until/unless he gets bored or the account is banned.
