Farewell, Leo. You will be missed!
As a non-gambler I took a quick look at their TOS.  It basically says they can demand any information from you at any time, or withhold your coin, or cancel your account.

Is this normal in crypto gambling websites?  It gives all the power to the website with a threat of extortion if you complain. :/
You have just explained the standard operating procedure for every casino that reserves the right to do that. By signing up with them, you agree to let them take your money if they so please because, according to their interpretation of the truth, you did something wrong. I am oversimplifying it, but it's not that far from the truth.

Centralized exchanges gave themselves the same power with the blessing from the users who flood their platforms. Oh, your coins were connected to this blacklisted address a month ago? We can't have that around here! For everyone's sake, it's best that we freeze your money. Thanks for using (insert shitxhange name here). Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Yes this is completely normal. All casinos can demand/request KYC as per their terms and conditions and not only that, there is no guarantee they will release funds or unfreeze an account if they blocked their customer from accessing it. The number of times they have cited IP violations such as connected accounts being used for cheating or forbidden use of VPNs etc would mean even sending documents would not suffice.

Casinos getting revenge on customers that complain about their experiences is common practice. There are instances of casinos withholding funds simply because (as you stated) they have all the power because of the policies customers accept when they register on their websites.

Please point me to where I admitted that I used this exploit to my adavantage Huh
You did it several times, including this post. "To your advantage" doesn't exclusively mean you gained a financial reward and put the money in your pockets from using it. It can also mean that you used it against other players and won the rounds with it. Hence, you gained an advantage with the bug. You have admitted to doing that. I am not talking about the motives why you did it, I am just stating that you did.

maybe the owner is the one who use is using the exploit himself as a player to win important tourneys as they have not only 1 USDT tourneys
It's their casino. They can just take the money they want without playing any games. And from what I understand, there is no real-money betting going on just yet. So it's already the casino's money.

Question for community: What now?
Question for Eva: Do you suffer from partial blindness?

This means that it is completely fine to have millions of bugs because it is not a ready product, and no player is taking any risks. Currently, it is not possible to place any bets with real money. So, it is entirely acceptable.
That's good. That's what I have asked like five times already and it seems you answered it now by mistake when another user mentioned it.

A partially completed product is live on the site simply to grant access to our community members.
Can you provide some more information about this? Is your previous statement still true for this "partially completed product?" Can players wager real money on the live game?

So, is all this drama due to KYC being triggered on your account?

Guess what, according to TOS 9.3, We also reserve the right to perform identity verification at any time during the lifetime of your relationship with us.

Where is this scam that you are trying so hard to share with the entire community and putting in so much effort to create a narrative?

Why are you again and again twisting my comments Huh Don't you understand that it will not help you to discredit me and same time not answering the important questions Huh

it is not asking for KYC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it is asking for KYC after I played many games and gave your Boss very worthy feedback without asking for any bounty or withdrawal!

why did you ask for KYC at this stage? because this is the way to ban/stop players to play on your site!

Maybe you did not want me to make the exploit I found public as maybe you are using this exploit disguised as a player to win some money from the high stakes tourneys. who knows? as long as you do not answer legit questions I think this is the case.

BTW you are ding a very bad work as the representor of Blackjack.fun

If you knew your job and answered all the legitimate questions, we would not be where we are now because it would be over long ago with all the sites satisfied.

C-level personnel do not handle customer support, nor do they spend time on Bitcointalk forums. The entire narrative of "she told me this, he told me that" is not relevant. We reserve the right to perform KYC on you at any time we deem necessary. This does not classify it as a scam.

Question for community: What now?

Eva

will you ever answer legit questions Huh and stop giving only empty air to the environment

do you really think the community will help you Huh
the community is not stupid and many can read and understand you very well!

If you are a representative for Blacjack.fun you're doing an awful job to represent the company/website with your cooky attitude against you're customers.
One thing you doing very good on other side is to make people avoiding playing on your shady website and if that's your end goal you're doing very good and if so keep going with this attitude and we see how much success it will bring back to you.  Cool

I will confirm it again. No one can wager any real money on blackjack tournaments. It is simply not ready for it. To come from outside of our community and start complaining about a work in progress is ridiculous. Hopefully, some of you will realize that the whole drama is just an attempt to tarnish our reputation by JackpotRacer.

Of course, there are legitimate areas where we can improve. It's nice to have discussions about it and find solutions, and this is all great. However, more and more, we are observing a narrative war on the forum.

Eva

Again no answer and no proof! for me it says all!

you are just the most unprofessional casino owner and operator!

to @Pmalek

Why don't you prove at least that you fixed the exploit I found Huh
or
Why don't you prove how many times I used this exploit and how much I won with the exploit?

...... You have admitted to using the exploit to your advantage several times.

Please point me to where I admitted that I used this exploit to my adavantage Huh
I never used it to my advantage and Blackjack.fun did never show game logs to prove it even I asked many times for it!

I will again explain how I found the exploit and how I used it. A well known player there used it against me to win the Tourney.
I then watched at what table he will play and played every time at same table until the exploit he used came up for me and to show him that I know the exploit I hit the exploit in only one game only but I hit it many times so it will be obvious for him that now I know it also.

now following options are possible (according to game theory)

a)
maybe it was him to complain about me that I am using the exploit to get rid of me.

b)
maybe the owner is the one who use is using the exploit himself as a player to win important tourneys as they have not only 1 USDT tourneys

I am asking myself again and again why didn't they confirm that they fixed it and give proof Huh
or
why didn't they show the game logs where I exploited the game to win the 30 USDT which I even did not ask to withdraw as I only wanted to help to find bugs/exploits.

I even almost told the owner how to offer those tournaments in a fair way without a chance for exploits a player could use.
I am glad it did not come to that.

No one took the funds away from you. So, what is the scam about?

HUH? Where did I say that anyone stole or took away my funds?

You banned me by asking me to do KYC even I did not ask to withdraw the about 30 USDT. all this because your Boss told me in DM that players complained about me using an exploit. Can you please confirm this?

thank you @ineedhelpplease to ask again my questions as they always avoid to answer and prove that I am wrong accusing them for the Scam. if I am wrong I will be happy to apologize and close the scam accusation.

No one took the funds away from you. So, what is the scam about?

Are you not going to answer? Where or How did he use these supposed exploits to his advantage? Where is the proof. How come this question is always avoided

Yes, I'm an asshole
Thank you so much holydarkness for attempting to solve it! This means a lot.

Regarding the Blackjack Tournaments, let me please explain the whole concept. We have decided to build our "baby" together with our community. Our brightest blackjack players are shaping our product from scratch, right from the very early stage. This means that it is completely fine to have millions of bugs because it is not a ready product, and no player is taking any risks. Currently, it is not possible to place any bets with real money. So, it is entirely acceptable. Discussing the bugs is not relevant because that is the whole concept. A partially completed product is live on the site simply to grant access to our community members.

Eva

I can't believe you actually make me agree with JPR, that you barely answer anything.

Initially, the purpose of this thread, before other issues raised, like license and PF, is for you to defend yourself against unjust attack, namely JPR keeps accusing you on his thread that you scam him [this part is still baseless and he can't clarify which part is scam] and that your bug is still there. And your answer above is as vague as JPR's explanation about how you scammed him.

Even if it's true that no one can bet with real money on that game, and the chance of losing any fund from that game is somewhat nonexistent, it does not diminishes the purpose of that game, or this thread. As you state it yourself, you want to raise a "baby" with your community, and give them an opportunity to build something together. And here is someone [disregarding his ego and IQ] that pointed out a flaw to make sure that it will run smoothly in the future, and yet you're seemingly reluctant to give a clear answer of the real condition of that "baby".

Risking to sound redundant, may I remind you that the main purpose of this thread is to give you a space to defend yourself against JPR? One of the easiest way to tackle his accusations is to address it. Which you're yet to do. So, here we are, to make it simple, related to JPR's accusation of bug, if you can answer this with a yes or no, it will be very much appreciated: has that particular bug [time exploit] be fixed?.

I don't see the point. You have admitted to using the exploit to your advantage several times. Why would they prove you did it when you said you did? I am sure the bug is still there. What Eva is doing is what you would expect a representative to do who protects their business. They are not going to admit there is anything wrong with the product despite them knowing about it. They are not going to go into details about what is wrong. And, when you point out the faults, they will be surprised and tell you it's the first time they hear about it. It's standard marketing bullshit to look good in the public's eyes. Don't pay attention to it.

Have you given up on the idea of testing the games further to see if the timer bug is still there or not? That remains the biggest concern to me personally.
Blackjack.Fun has misrepresented itself several times now, the provably fair claim is one of those times. A casino that has 2 provably fair games out of XXX hosted games shouldn't call itself that. It's good that it's gone now.

@Pmalek

To be honest, I have not given up on the idea of testing again to see if Blackjack.fun has fixed the timer exploit.
BUT
also to be honest, I did not want to register with a different name and VPN. I asked Blackjack.fun a few times to donate the crypto they owe me and to allow me to play again to look for bugs. as they did not agree and this was really an offer they could easily agree as they even offered me 100USDT if I will test for more bugs/exploits which I did not agree to as it looked very fishy to me not paying about 30USDT but offering me 100USDT.

I really wanted to help them as I like Blackjack and I like fair games.

Alternatively, you can ask someone here you trusted enough if they're willing to bear the burden of the task and create an account on BJF [if they haven't already], and tell them about the exploit so they can test it on your behalf.

If they would be fair and appreciate my work (actually for free) as I did not ask for any withdrawal, they could let me in to check if they fixed it, but only if members here would agree to check if they fixed it. surely everyone can trust them that they fixed it. But I don't trust them because they have been acting very strange and fishy so far.

IMHO, it is never too late for them to prove to their customers that they really are legit and that they run a fair casino.

I hope you understand my point and if I am wrong please point me to where I am wrong

Cheers

OP, Eva, or whoever representative reading this thread, your title is asking a support from the community while you stand strong against an unjust attack, so here's your chance to prove and meet him in the middle, that you're fair and the attack is unjust. Clarify about that bug, or let BJF regain temporary access to his account to test it himself and thus nullify his statement and the "unjust attack".

You can arrange a deal with him to have a screen recording for the whole time he accessed your site or perhaps even a screen-share, if you're concerned he will do other things beside testing the bug.

Or that you, perhaps, have scraped that game altogether, and it'll never see the light of the day anymore? It was a beta game, if I am not mistaken?

What kind of answer is that???

you have players who are exploiting the game and you don't want to fix the exploit or prove that you fixed it!

don't you find this strange? player or players who are smart and find an exploit to win and even it is free to play will win again and again!!!!!!!!!!!!
Does this sound fair to other players and maybe even loyal players Huh Very unfair for me!

How many years are you offering this game and are working on a bug/exploit free one?

Why don't you prove at least that you fixed the exploit I found Huh

they could long ago prove that they fixed it or to show the game logs I played if I exploited the exploit more than once and if I won any money when I found the exploit and used it again and again!

with again and again I mean I used it in same one game only against the one who used the exploit and actually showed me the exploit!
