What? Where do you infer that from? I've told you that I think you were right, that there is something fishy here.

I got it from your answer here to @Pmalek. What did you mean by >ding ding ding ..... and the picture that says > How do we tell him? I see it as sarcastic and not serious, please correct me if I misunderstood it.

I am always in the mood to answer serious questions and not April Fool's questions.

I extremely sure that is not intended as an april fools' question, given I asked that three weeks before first of April even come. I should have known the best that it's intended to be a serious question... given I'm the one asking it.

If you had read all my explanations, you would not be asking these questions and you would even have learned a bit about the Blackjack game. I have explained to you and @JollyGood many times what happened and how it works, but it looks like you want to continue the witch hunt and defend the Scammer Blackjack.fun owner. You are welcome because the truth is with me.
BTW, why did you all even jump into the scam accusation discussion if you never played or even watched their blackjack games and it anyway looks like you do not even have basic knowledge of the blackjack game? the only answer to that is that you are the official Blackjack.fun owner's defenders/lawyers.  Angry

Perhaps I don't get it. Do you mind to spell it out for me? For us all? In a very short, yes or no answer, if you may?

I do not know much about SOL but looked at the price and it trades at c.$185 therefore if you lost over 26 SOL it is a sizeable amount. I am sorry to read about this.

It is extremely common for even the most careful people to become victims of scams when they unfortunately take their focus away for a minute or lower their guard temporarily.
However, despite my paranoid caution, last week I was scammed for 26.3 SOL by a guy I've been following on Twitter for years (his account was hacked).

Why has member @Vod understood what they are doing and you guys close your eyes and brain?

Currently, we went private with our community, collaborating with players who comprehend and embrace the concept without any complaints.

I would like to have the link to the telegram group where this happened and to see the conversation he had with a telegram member with my name = Jackpotracer. If he can show this and prove that this is not an April Fool's joke or an ugly made up accusation against me, then I will offer all the help I can give to find the impersonator and scammer.

Unless... a simple fleeting thought that I still have to take a deeper look at, but currently I think blackjack.fun can actually raise a level 2 or 3, a breach of agreement from the ToS side, as below, which he violates when he deliberately use the bug for his advantage [a petty revenge to other user] and effectively [3.10.] manipulate the market or element of the service in bad faith [the petty revenge] and/or [4.1.5.] disrupt and affect the activities of other customer and BJF's service, and [clearly] didn't make them whole with the whole accusations JPR made inside and outside the forum

His word means less than shit at this point. Even his explanations and reasoning that he only wanted to help the casino fix the bugs in its games can't be trusted anymore. A scammer is a scammer, regardless of the amount. If he can't scam you for $600, he will gladly take only $24 from you to satisfy his sick and pathetic needs.

Thank you for the disgusting language and unjust accusation as I will report it again and again to your Signature Payer Jambler even he might be proud of members/posters like you. But many users of Jambler will not be happy about all of you.

Check this as it tells a lot about Jambler and people like you

It will be interesting to see how long it takes the signature manager @icopress and the owner of Jambler.io to stop you.

That will literally never happen.  I had some idiot attack me with a reputation thread saying I stole money to order a Cybertruck because a moderator deleted their off topic post bashing Elon Musk on a different thread I had going.  I guess he thought I deleted his post and he got mad at me or something?  Anyway, icopress joined in with him in bashing me after I showed him what happened.  This is clearly not professional behavior or the type of management someone should be paying for.  You have to realize that they're running a money laundering operation to begin with, then things make more sense about the types of people involved.

Same for Blackjack.fun and stop spreading lies that I cheated Blackjack.fun out of 24USDT.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot open a Scam Accusation against you or the others who spread your lies because it doesn't cost you to spread lies and in actual fact you get even paid for it by showing your signature.
But I can open a Reputation Thread for you and the other LIARS and Signature Spammers.

Keep the lies and foul language coming.

On a different note, has this degenerate now started scamming people? Little Mouse posted unreferenced feedback that he scammed him out of $600. I am guessing on Telegram or some other chat service where you can easily impersonate anyone.
I have been scammed by him ($600). He impersonated Shuffle founder on telegram. Timing was bad for me as I was dealing with something else which was more important for me. I didnt bother sending $300 first as everything was nicely set up. Once again, I was asked to send $300 more which I did. Until then I didnt realize that it was scam. Later when he asked another $600, I realized that I was scammed. Checked instantly and turned out that I was scammed. For not a single time, I thought why would Noah ask me for an invoice payment. Scammer on telegram told me that he just tagged me. I checked and found that it was jackpotracer.
Just to inform you, jackpotracer has been asking me to remove nutildah from MetaWin campaign which I denied and even I didn't share with nutildah either. He threatened me that he will reach MetaWin if I don't remove nutildah. He reached MetaWin on Friday or Saturday. I had to face few questions from MetaWin rep. This is ridiculous.

And it was my surprise that this scammer even reached Noah (shuffle founder) impersonating me but luckily he was able to identify the scammer.

In my internet life, I have been barely scammed. I was even aware of such attempt as back in the days, I was managing few telegram channels. But jackpotracer was able to scam me. As I told it was bad timing for me.

@Little Mouse I will repeat what I wrote to @holydarkness above

With some headache caused by a specifically notorious user on other cases [hopefully] closed, I am circling back to this one.

Eva, blackjack.fun, if I may suggest a way to prove you're never without license, as per JollyGood inquired, while still maintaining the sensitive data of your... company details [though honestly I don't think I understand what kind of sensitive data contained within a certification that should be protected], can you perhaps provide a screenshot with sensitive data being covered like below? I am completely aware that it's a different format and different licensor, but I believe the essential information are mostly the same

I even think you can provide something like this, if you want to extremely guard your details, as --I believe-- what's being inquired by JG is just the date the certification became effective. So I believe the master license letter head, the name of your website, and the date visible is enough.

Very confusing now, because if I understood you correctly, you advised @icopress to open a scam accusation thread against me. So somehow you have changed your mind and think that I am the scammer here and everywhere.

No problem with that, if @icopress is so eager and will insist on exposing himself as a fool I welcome it and let's see what his clients like PeachBitcoin and exch.cx will say, not mentioning Blackjack.fun as they are like a married couple and do fishy things anyway.

Anyway, the post below gave me a lot of food for thought.

I am not going to go into detail about the other postings by @Pmalek @Little Mouse @nutildah because it looks like a witch hunt or an April Fool's thing.

But if it is not an April Fool thing then please open a scam accusation thread with all the proof needed for the claim even it as I understood did not happen in this forum but on telegram. why not open on telegram a scam accusation thread or ask telegram to expose the scammer so @icopress can ask the police for help. I would also be interested to know who impersonated me and please give me a link where I can find the thread on Telegram where it happened.

What I can say is thank you for the laugh as I almost fell off my chair laughing so much, whether the witch hunt was really meant or it was an April Fool's joke, either way it was a good one LOL.

By the way, I gave it to you in green because green is the color of hope. Bitcoin is also hope so who knows maybe you will come down from the tree you climbed so high. But I still hope it was an April Fool's joke LOL

Here is the link to my late reply to @JollyGood, maybe it helps for more insights given by me, as the truth is always with me.

That is awful. Sorry to hear about that bud. And I do appreciate you sticking up for me. Turns out the hunches of everyone who ever left a feedback for him was correct. I'm thinking a flag is probably warranted at this point but its late here and I'll have to take a closer inspection of the situation tomorrow. We now know we are dealing with a game-protect level sociopath who will stop at nothing to make a dirty buck in the sleaziest of ways possible. Possibly the worst type of characters that the forum has to endure.

Depending on the situation on LM's case, and under what condition and/or reason did he send USD 600 to JPR, I don't think a level 2 or 3 flag can be issued. No one enters a written or implicit contract with JPR. Best case scenario will be a type-1. It can be argued to be based on this situation [which he failed to address]:

[...] In relation to the point above, I'd give you a chance to make your stance clear on this matter: it is a free roll and thus when you do what you did over and over [though you're not coming as the winner of that match], it is not taking advantage of anyone because there is no one suffering a loss, since they did not sacrifice anything to join the game, or is it a real money and real investment because even though the prize money coming from the owner, people are still investing their time on it, as such, when you did what you did, you're placing someone at a disadvantage because by manipulating the bug, you're denying someone of the chance that they win something, made them lose their time investment, and not to mention the moral and emotional damage branching from a frustration?

For this to be true, though, we'll need to know if that's the ToS that JPR entered and agreed upon sign up and not an updated one that take into effect only after he left the platform.

I'll create one but it will take some time. I have one screenshot of him saying that he left me neg tag. Rest of the chat has been deleted before I tried to take screenshot.

I am sorry you fell for his impersonation tactics. Did you ever speak to the real Noah over Telegram? If you did, and neither you nor him deleted those conversations, they would have just continued if the real person contacted you. In comparison to that, a brand-new account would also mean a completely blank conversation history.
I have been chatting with Noah in telegram for a long time. JPR sent me a lots of message together, so I didnt notice that it was a new chat. It's because my attention was in somewhere else. Asked me to join a group which was totally set up lol
I joined and got scammed. No regret here because I could have lost a bigger amount too as Noah's face value is way bigger than $600. Luckily it was only $600.

I called it a week ago. I knew he would attempt something like that. I am pretty sure he asked icopress to remove me from the campaign as well. It was back when he still claimed to have respect for icopress and tried to sweet-talk him. When that didn't work, he probably got in touch with Jambler, asking to have us both removed.

This is a very malicious individual out for blood. He will be happy with any harm he does to anyone that gets into his way. It stopped being about him vs. Blackjack.Fun a long time ago. His frustrations kept rising after nothing went his way, starting with the $24 that were left on Blackjack.Fun.

@Everyone that doesn't agree with him, be ready for anything. He might even try to set someone up for something. I can think of several things but I am not going to give him any ideas.

Here is what I said last week:

Having said that, I am not going to answer any of your other questions in this thread.
Why? Because this is what your fragile mind has conjured up: You couldn't get me in trouble with icopress, so you tried to get icopress in trouble with another campaign he manages. Because that failed, you have now slightly changed your tactics. You are going to try to present icopress and myself as bad images to Jambler, hoping to provoke us into saying something nasty or not knowing/wanting to answer your questions. After that, you plan on asking Jambler why they would want us in their campaign and that it would be best to remove us because of how terrible we are.

Did I forget something?
Go away little boy, no one is interested.

Do you mind to create a thread on scam accusation board about this? So it will be well documented and, upon supported by evidence, he can be tagged? Lest other campaign manager fall into the same situation.
I don't think he has any evidence. It's Telegram, remember? Any side of a private conversation can delete the whole history without the other party being able to do anything about it. But yes, a thread about the incident should still be created. It wouldn't be enough for new tags from an objective point of few, but it's good to have it out in the open.

Regarding the license, I don't consider it that important of an issue to negatively tag someone for it. It's misleading and deserves a neutral tag at worst if you ask me. If, of course, they lied about it. The major concern is whether a casino is or isn't scamming its players. That's why I am not asking about the license issue anymore, like JollyGood is.

TBH, I've left that matter quite a while too after taking another spin at this whole situation. What I base my opinion from, is that [the reputation of Anjouan aside] during the absence of license, there were no one reported or complained of being scammed by them. So yeah, misleading at best, but I personally am not interested to pursue this matter as it [far as I know, based on current narrative] doesn't cause someone to suffer financial loss.

I asked them to clarify it simply [if I may be honest] so we can cross it out of the list and address the more on-point topic that OP raised: clearing their name against JPR. Of which... Amongst the muds he sling, one can be easily cleared by clarifying the situation of that timer-bug exploit.

You know what? After taking a long break and revisiting this thread, I think there is something fishy here. You were right!

[CC: Pmalek]
No praises yet. Let's wait and see.

On a different note, has this degenerate now started scamming people? Little Mouse posted unreferenced feedback that he scammed him out of $600. I am guessing on Telegram or some other chat service where you can easily impersonate anyone.

All Games incl Racer and Lottery game are Closed
You always ask me to prove and prove and prove. Why didn't you ever ask the owner/developer of Blackjack.fun to prove his accusations against me that I used the exploit to cheat him out of a large portion of the 24USDT I won? WHY didn't you ask him?
The owner/developer of Blackjack.fun could easily prove it with game logs and show all the forum members that I am a cheater and exploiter for peanuts! Why didn't he do it and why didn't you ask him? Isn't that strange and very questionable?
They have already stated they will not elaborate on the fix probably because they do not want to give ideas to would-be hackers trying to find similar exploits in similar places.

Still, I will relay your request in a post in this thread and ask them to prove they fixed the bug but I will only do it on the condition you first post here to explicitly state you have exploited the bug again and can prove them as liars.

Again, you are defending Blackjack.fun instead of asking them the right questions. You are a scammer defender and not a scammer hunter as members think you are.
You or they or both are contradicting yourselves by saying that Balckjack.fun owner does not want to elaborate on the efix as it would give ideas to hackers. the exploit is already there and if it is fixed it is fixed. why would a hacker try to revive the exploit when he can hack them and do much more damage? Besides, casinos should implement better security if they are afraid of hackers.
They had the best exploit and bug finder for free but they kicked him out. This already is a red flag!

What kind of condition are you asking for? How can I say that I used the exploit again? Remember, I used it once just to make sure it was an exploit, and then I got banned.

They were smart enough to change the Tourneys to private and invite-only so they could be sure I would not be able to test it. Another red flag.

It would be so easy for him and I repeat myself as I have already explained it and since it is so easy and will tell everyone that I am telling the truth he just does not do it as he would look very bad with his blatant false accusation against me.
I used this exploit only once in the last tournament I participated in and the owner/developer of BJ fun banned me with letting me see the KYC page so I could not play anymore. he only needs to show the logs of my last tournament to prove how I used the exploit. I have already explained this a few times, so I will spare you and me from doing it again.

And keeping all of what you have stated, there is absolutely nothing stopping you from attempting to exploit the bug again (if it exists).

To be honest and neutral in this situation, I am more concerned about you not being able to prove the exploit still exists.

Chronologically, first you stated there was an exploit and second they stated they fixed it. Any rational person that did not believe their reply about the exploit being fixed would not ask them to prove it, rather they would exploit the bug again (if it still existed) and then call them a liar with evidence.

This is not specific to Blackjack.fun but to any casino/gaming website: Had the exploit not been patched, anybody in your position probably should have used their initiative to show the casino/gaming website as untrustworthy by proving the exploit was not fixed and in the process it would have ended their reputation in the forum.

Do you realise you can effectively destroy their reputation as they will receive multiple red tags IF you can prove they are liars. I do not know about the exact process to execute in order to exploit the bug, nor does anybody else in this forum except you. The fact you are unable to prove they are liars yet maintain a line that they should prove to you they are telling the truth does not stack up.

Still, I will relay your request in a post and ask them to prove they fixed the bug on the condition you explicitly state you will exploit the bug again and prove them as liars before I proceed. Please provide evidence of your claim too.

Why are you claiming or saying that nothing can stop me from exploiting the bug again?
If it is fixed I and no one else can exploit it again. if it is not fixed even if I could play why would I exploit it to win 1 USDT?
I did not do it the first time I discovered the exploit, so why are you saying I can do it now?
Don't you get it? I cannot prove if it is fixed? I strongly doubt that it is fixed until Blackjack.fun proves that it is fixed.

Actually, I don't care anymore if it is fixed or not. I care much more that the owner of Blackjack.fun will prove that I used the timer exploit and cheated him out of the big part of 24USDT, because if he would prove it long ago, I would be the rightful scammer and cheater. Why didn't he do that? He only needed to check and show the game logs of one tournament (the last one I participated in) where I used the exploit and players complained about me. He does not even need to check all the tourneys I played in, but if I were him, I would check all the tourneys, because that is where he would find the real scammer and exploiter of the timer exploit.
Why didn't he do that? another red flag in my book.

@JollyGood for me personally you are a big disappointment and I am sure you do not care. same for me as I do not care about your postings and you are welcome as you mentioned my text color usage in my postings to give me a red trust rating for using too much red color.[/b][/color]
No problem, if you see me as a big disappointment I am not concerned at your opinion of me because we do not know each other as we have not really interacted (beyond a few exchanges) in the years I have been using the forum. Though not necessary to state, I do care about the opinions of a very small number of members have about me and clearly you are not part of them.

If you cannot post here to categorically state you have again exploited the bug and provide evidence to back it up, I will be unable to engage with you any further.

I think I made my point very clear to you and many others. I provided evidence that the exploit existed and now it is up to Blackjack.fun to prove that it is fixed as I don't have to prove that they have fixed it.
You and many others here defending Blackjack.fun the Scammer are to blame for him taking the position he does and thinking he does not have to prove anything. Well done if you are a scammer defender, but very bad as a scammer hunter.

Check out this answer to Eva as it was spot on IMHO after they announced they were going private and invitation only.

Currently, we went private with our community, collaborating with players who comprehend and embrace the concept without any complaints.

You should change your tagline: Honesty is the best policy.   Taking away the ability for your community to discuss your concept publically is not honest.    (Look at r/bitcoin for example) Smiley

By the way, everyone is talking to Eva, who started the thread, but she disappeared for a long time. So it is good that you guys are defending them, keeping the thread going and defending them. They do not seem to be very interested in it anymore as you guys made it clear that Jackpotracer is to blame.

Sorry but I have to go on to check the other defenders postings to see if they are real or an April Fool's joke LOL

Yes, I'm an asshole
