Türkiye Women's Volleyball team beat the Dominican Republic 3-1 today and advanced to the quarterfinals.
I watched most of the match and only Türkiye lost the first set, they won the other 3 sets very easily.

Isn't it dangerous though for the North Korean team to posed with their South Korean compatriots? I mean we all know what North Korean government is, and most likely with the athletes associating themselves with the other side, they could be in serious trouble when they go back to North Korean or at least their families as well as the government might think that they are going to go on the other side, just saying.

Impressive stuff by Pen! He literally gave no chance to anyone to catch him and I was more than impressed with his swimming style and how clean it was. David Popovic is just 19 years old and already clinched 2 medals of Paris with 1 gold and 1 bronze and still have slight chances to conquer 1 more but as a Romanian , I'm very happy with his performances from last years and it no coincidence that Popovic is slowly but surely starting to dominate the swimming contest.

They were our pride. As the Turkish people, we really liked Yusuf Dikeç's fight. I should also say that he was a soldier in the Turkish army. We won a medal in air pistol shooting for the first time in the Olympics and everyone was very happy at the end of the day. I wish we had won the gold medal but we were still proud. Next up is Mete Gazoz's gold medal fight in the male individual archery and I hope he wins it.

In this Olympics the only team Nigerians are relying on is the basketball team which is the D'Tigress because the football teams that suppose make the country proud has lose out. Cynthia the Boxer was disqualified because of drug detection found from her. The Olympics do not favour Nigeria this time. And since we have the Basketball Team, we are to support them and encourage them to do more.
