Very well played team India. They have shown incredible improvement at the time of their exit. If they had played better in their opening matches then the situation would have been completely different. Agreed, over confidence is the big mistake that Indian team had. During the days before the match of India majority of the media took this into discussion. The headlines were something as will Pakistan withstand the performance of India. This hype given by media too is a reason for having over confidence.

West Indies in the past have faced similar situation in 1983 world cup finals against India. The score was just 183 which was is reachable, but the over confidence made them loss the match scoring 140. By that time West Indies is the top team.

Even i thought like that, Pakistan usually is inconsistent but in this series they are in top form, they improved a lot in their ground fielding and the batsman are playing well and they are a really strong team and they are the team to beat and i wont be surprised if they win the cup because the pitch is helping spinners and they have talented spinners and all rounders in their team and Shoaib Mailk and Mohammad Hafeez are their main players.

Very decent effort from Namibia against a strong Indian bowling lineup. They managed a total of 132/8, although none of the batsmen made a 30 plus score. Shami and Chahar gave away 69 runs in their 8 overs, but the remaining bowlers were very economical. BTW, I heard that the Pakistani players visited the Namibian dressing room after the match between them and offered support. This is a great gesture, and very significant at a time when the pig-4 teams do their best to deny smaller teams what they deserve.

Namibia collected 35/2 in 7 overs. Namibia lost their first wicket by 33 runs in 4.4 overs. And they collected only 2 runs in the last 14 balls. I didn't think that Namibia win this match. But I thought they would play well. And Namibia started their innings very well. But now looking at their batting style, it seems that they will not be able to collect even 100 runs.

I don't think Namibia will show any surprises. India will win this match, and will win by spreading dominance. My guess is that if India get a chance to bat first, they will win by at least 80 runs. However, the performance of Namibia as a new team in this World Cup is certainly commendable.

Australia is nowhere near the strength of the team they once were, Pakistan is having the advantage here and i will be surprised if they do not win the match. In the past Australia was a formidable team against any opponent and they had world class players who could change the match but that is not the case now and in the T20 format anything is possible but i think England and Pakistan will play in the final.

Really? You think this even after South Africa has beaten England in that group? I think semi final is going to be too close, not at all easy for any team. Pakistan's bowling is best among 4 while England have the best batting among 4. I think this would be an interesting contest right till the end. Too early to speculate the winner.
