I enjoyed the SA's bowlers massacre during the Aussie inning then turned off the set when Australians were allegedly bullying Protea's batsmen Grin

. There was some hope though, as they managed to won second game in same series and they did put up some good fight against England as well.

Australia openers scored 120 runs for the first wicket whereas total South Africa team scored 96 runs. It would have been a whitewash but fortunately South Africa managed to tie Warner at the non striker end to win their 2nd match (Warner remained notout but South Africa managed to win that match by 12 runs; in Warner's perspective that was just a 2 strike away).

I had bet on Australia on 2nd match after seeing their dominating win in the series opener but faced loss and on the 3rd match I bet on South Africa after they won the toss and chose to field first (by remembering South Africa's bowling unit to control Australia like 2nd T20 for chasing small total) but booked again loss. Another totally disappointing series for South Africa and me Sad

Poor South Africa humiliated by Australia.. now comes the ODI series. I feel that there should have been 5 T-20 games in this series instead of 3, considering WC is coming.

Women T-20 WC : It appears to me that Women WC is catching many eyesballs as well, was watching Ind W vs Nz W and at one point 1.5 million people were watching live. Good for women cricket.

Final match of the series and that too decider which is expected to be close one but SA played so badly that they could not even make 100 runs and got al out at 96 . This would be real worry in the management and the dressing room the shots they played and could not even last for 20 overs. OZ played superbly and won the series .

Yes, Australia is performing very good in all format of the game after these to players have joined the team. They have again become very aggressive on the field which they were lacking earlier and this team can be a serious contender in the upcoming T20 World Cup.

Absolutely both opening batsman of OZ look in aggressive manner and this helped the team as the net run rate was always good for the team from beginning and strong foundation helped later on . Chasing 194 runs , SA are 23/2 in 2.5 overs .

South Africa's whole team gone on just 96 runs! This is an amazing performance by Aussies, and I guess this will bring them on top of T20i ranking.

Sorry mate, I can't agree with you at all. That match was completely in Australia's hands, and David Warner being so senior as well as coming as an opener should've been able to easily finish the game.

Yea as Warner was on he can do this job because he is one of most senior player in Australian squad handling these situations are very easy for player like him but he unable to give positive result but still good thing Australia win series by 2 - 1 margin which is not bad at all South Africa suffering and they will still suffer some more as hard time ahead for them in near future.

Players need to share the blame for the defeat and Warner is not free from criticism. It was a match that Australia could have won, with enough wickets in hand and just 32 needed of the last 4 overs. But as usual, the Australian lower order failed (Carey/Wade/Agar.etc). Warner could have done more, by keeping himself at the strike, rather than putting the pressure on the newly arrived batsmen.

The Australian team has got solid start from the openers and I never expected that Australia going to lose the match.and it happened due to some quick wickets loss for them, but I have the hopes because Warner still there, finally he also can not done anything so next match will more interesting because of final T20 let's see who will going to win the T20 series.

Today we have good comeback by South Africa even target was not good enough but good and disciplined bowling help South Africa as they fight back in this series Negidi completely destroy Australian batting line up so Warner alone not able to do for team even he is one of most attractive batsman in twenty/20 but still today South Africa was much better and eager for win.

@BitSat19 no one could have anticipated that Australia would loose this match especially with Warner and Smith starting for them, but it seems to me that having the best players in the world is not enough if they can’t execute their team plans. It’s also pertinent to note that South Africa perfectly executed their team plan, and didn’t give up on this match till the very end and were rightfully rewarded for their consistency.

How often this has happened that Warner is not out and still OZ has not won the game and also the run rate was below 8 in the beginning of the OZ innings. Containing Warner itself is the biggest achievement of SA and this resulted in their win. SA came back in the series with the win and now series is 1-1 and 3rd and final match would be decider.
