Restlessness or irritability when trying to reduce or stop gambling
Restlessness or irritability is a sign of idleness sometimes. generally when trying to break a habit, professionals will tell you that it is futile or rather sometimes futile to just want to stop the habit that you started for a long time suddenly and expect it to work. A better strategy would be substituting the habit for something else that is instead of quitting gambling and doing nothing which can cause restlessness, the time you invest in gambling formerly, try investing it in something else like developing a new habit.

I guess still boils down if you have the money to gamble and continue with it.

Of course, at some point in our lives, we become addicted, admit it or not. But majority of us learn how to control it  and we didn't go into the situation wherein our family is being destroyed or we committed suicide. And as I have said, if we don't have the money you will simply stop. At least that was the case, even though I'm become addicted, with no income, I was force to stop gambling which is good to me.

Even if I’m not addicted on gambling, I usually feel this kind of emotion when losing a huge amount of money on one of my session. I only deposit what can I afford to lose but sometimes even what we can afford is still depressing when its gone because we usually think what we can do using that money instead of wasting it on gambling. I usually have this thought but I’m not addicted at all because I always whenever I loss and just back after few weeks when I’m already ok.

There are addicted ones who tried excluding their account but still register another account, that sure is someone that needs help.  I wouldn't consider myself addicted. I rarely play on casinos and only bet on sports. It doesn't look like it affected me with all the symptoms.

Its a serious problem already when a person commits theft, domestic violence and neglect of children and then leads to foreclosure of their home and all because of the addiction. I don't think I'd go that level anymore.

These are the possible sign that a person has a gambling addiction especially if 4 of those traits can be seen in the person.  He should have himself evaluated or see a medical expert on gambling addiction.

Are we one of the online gambling addicts...?

Definitely, I am not one of those online gambling addicts since I had my gambling activity open to my parents.  And I do not have more than 1 of those sign.

Nah, depression, stress, and stuff like that that you feel due to losing isn't really anything odd or weird, I'd be weirded out instead if you weren't sad when you lose money cause there'd only be 2 scenarios then imo, you're either filthy rich or you've just given up on life in general. It's really simple, I'd consider people to be addicted if they forego the consequences of what they're doing continuously. An impulsive reaction once or twice may happen, but if it continues over a period of time, then something is really wrong and should be taken care of early on.

We might display the symptoms but that doesn't mean that we're addicts. Do not self-diagnose; if you think that you have the characteristics of a problematic gambler but unsure whether you really are one, seek the help of your psychiatrist. Personally, I feel irritated whenever I'm being interrupted in my gambling exploits. I mean, if you're enjoying something and in the middle of it all someone bugs the hell out of you, wouldn't you be annoyed? Per your post, that's one characteristic, but I don't feel like I'm a problematic gambler because I never chased losses, nor do I allow my wallet be emptied because I wanted to play for long.

Well NO --why?
Because I did not feel this.
-Relationship problems between your friends, family, and loved ones.
-Financial problems and become bankrupt.
-Lossing job because of gambling.
-Mental illness.
Once you have encountered what I mentioned above, you are in gambling addict you should seek help, ask your family about this, and cut this being compulsive in gambling ASAP. Because it really hard to move out when you are in that stage, for now --avoid it while you can.

Gamble responsibly
People get addicted if they do not discipline themselves, if they have no source of income, if they are not busy with something else. But if they discipline themselves, they will not be addicted.

Some people said that because a gambler win is the reason they get addicted, but that is no. Addicts can first lose, then win and lose again, but hoping to be successful in gambling is the reason they are addicted.

To stay not being addicted, it is always good to know that you can not be successful with gambling, that makes you always think that you should use just little amount that you can afford to lose to gamble.

Online gambling addictions such as online slots, online lottery, etc. can ultimately destroy the lives of the players, both financially, physically, emotionally, and socially. The back and forth wins experienced by online slot gambling players, online lottery, etc., is what ultimately makes these players fall into addiction. The National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) in the United States estimates that bankruptcy, theft, domestic violence and neglect of children, foreclosure of homes and other investments, and even suicide are also linked to gambling addictions such as online slots.

The following are the characteristics of someone who is addicted to online gambling...
There is always a desire to gamble with increasing amounts of money, to achieve what you want.

Restlessness or irritability when trying to reduce or stop gambling.

After losing gambling money, often comes back another day to get revenge ("chase" someone's loss).

Forcing into debt and even committing crimes just to have playing capital, and relying on others to provide money to alleviate the desperate financial situation caused by gambling.

Often gambles when feeling depressed (eg stressed, helpless, guilty, anxious, depressed).
