there are still many better exchanges, why don't you use other exchanges so that you'e not frustrated. but if in my opinion most frustrating thing is when we join bounty for 6 months and don't get any results and when investing loses all money because price is very cheap when coin is listed on market

The drop in coin prices is something that makes everyone involved in crypto feel frustrated. I feel lost in the activity in this crypto dive. There are a few coins I sell on the crypto market having to wait for several days. And there are many other things not mentioned here about frustration in crypto.

There is the no limit to run the coin in the market either it is down trend or upward. Due to this problem, there is higher volatility in the market which create frustration in the mind of investors. Second thing pump and dump policy is also bad thing in the crypto market, so keep away from this formula to earn the profit which may the reason of big loss.
The frustrating moment of cryptocurrencies to me is when you buy a particular coin in mind to trade with, but by the time you see that the price has gone down beyond expectation, and again when you buy token or coin that re not existent ico and waiting for distribution

If your deposit is from your wallet, then maybe you put too low gwei price or gas? The confirmations rate depends very much on this. Each time before making a transaction, I check the network on the https://ethgasstation.info/ and set the gwei price and gas a little higher than recommended. the speed of transactions really wants to be better because at the current speed we cannot allow cryptocurrency to be calculated around the world
I think recently there are some wallets that allows for adjustment of transaction charges to speed up coin transfers. However the fees I have noticed for most coins especially btc has reduced and confirmations can result faster which is the major excuse most exchanges give for slow or delayed confirmation
