That is not normal. I understand that there are times where there is a delay in the transactions because of a lot of people making transactions at the same time but that is way too long to wait for a withdrawal and my guess is that something went wrong somewhere. Sadly a lot of people have had to deal with this and with huge amounts of money so it would be great if it could be eliminated althogether

Waiting for long in receiving coin from exchange is some how frustrating but I think it is because of security measures in place which need to wait for no of confirmation before it actually appear in the other wallet and if there is a scam or strange transaction it can be stop within that period and also don't forget that those exchange are centralized and withdrawing your coin will need some kind of authority.

Your experience is quite bad and I feel your pain. So many things going on in the crypto space. The most important is your assets security. I suggest you write to the support of such exchanges, don't panic. Happened to me once or twice but it got resolved immediately I wrote to the support.

It is really unpleasant but I think soon many exchanges will be able to solve this problem. I try to choose those who produce fast withdrawal and do not keep all my coins in one place.
I think it is a common problem faced by everyone in Exchange. When wanting a fast transaction necessarily could but just maybe this will take a fee for doing so. Crypto is indeed still had many flaws because the Exchange not only responds to the request of one individual but I think it is reasonable to happen and not the disadvantages that too should be in question.
Your issue regarding on the Idex deposit, is that the idex completely relies on the ethereum network. It may take some time when the ethereum network is clogged. Especially when you have a low gas deposit upon sending. But rest assured you will get the tokens soon. You just have to wait for it.

I must agree, crypto needs to develop, so average people can also use it comfortable, and safely. Exchanges are one of the weak points, especially the centralized ones, which do not neceserely bring the benefits of cryptocurrencies.
