I'm a newbie and have been into crypto for a couple of months now.  I must say the advice from other members about not checking trades too often is very good.  One can become obsessed with it, and I think the thrill of the "win" can be quite addictive.  Similarly that depressed feeling when the world is "red" can be deflating as well.  There must be a "happy" medium, if one is to maintain a balanced life.

That is right, crypto currency can be addictive. It can give you roller-coaster of emotions. The market is full of surprise, you can either be happy about it or be depressed on the market. Last year, I was really happy about my earnings, but this year had been really difficult for me since I have lost about 70% of my portfolio value.

If we are look at the market every time we can learn more about the flow of the value of each coin/token and also we can avoid in panic buying/selling if we know a little about the flow of rise and fall.

Being drug-addicted may be a massive advantage, and losses will cause you to depressed. Crypto will build associate addiction if the Battle of Bull Run season. Hold it, don't sell something all people can get wealthy. don't get depressed continually assume positive for a great deal of drama for bitcoin however when the great news all altcoin can follow in fact.

Many traders are subject to this feeling, it will take time and you just get tired of constantly sitting above the charts and monitor the price every few hours. You need to divert yourself to another occupation, do something interesting for you.

When I started investing in cryptocurrency I also very often watched the market change and was very worried about the slightest price drop. Now I have calmed down and watch only once a day.

The market was red for the whole year and there were no signs of a bullish market. It is sad, but everyone is depressed right now, because people are getting tired of waiting and seeing their portfolio decreasing.

At the moment you need to relax and spend more time in the fresh air, while the market is low and quietly wait for the growth of the market.

working with crypto currencies, if it is not entertainment for you, takes a lot of time and effort. The further you progress in this area and the more you achieve success, the more time will go and of course can be addictive.

As long as you participate in encryption, you will be interested and probably very memorable. You need to be able to make a profit by continuing to learn and finding the right information for learning to invest in crypto.

When you start to look at blockfolio every 5 minutes then you are classified as an addict! Lots of apps mean it is easy to track of things at all times, both at home and at work Wink but pace yourself, remember the real world. Crypto can be fun but when it all goes red like it has done this past week it is not so fun Sad
I am addicted to checking prices of coin on blockfolio this days to the extend that it taking away my precious time. Ofcourse there is that good feelings when everything goes smoothly but also the depression mood when red set in. I am trying to stop checking the prices too often though but not working yet.
It is a problem of every investor and trader. And looks like it can be defeated only with the time being. As for me, it took two years to get free from this addiction

The truth is that Crypto can be crazily addictive but one needs to find balance in it. It is not advisable to focus one's time fully on Crypto. Finding balance in anything that seems addictive is very important.

Many believe that there is a new disease called crypto addiction. However, I think that this is all just a banal gambling addiction, crypto is very similar to a casino, you bet your money on a certain coin, and with some probability it either wins or loses. Those people who are ill with foodstuffs quickly fall into this addiction.

I agree with you that we are all already dependent on cryptocurrency. But if you look at it from the other side, then most of our community was destroyed by this market falling. If it continues in 2019, then perhaps those who will be dependent from crypto will be few people
I think that the main part is already gone, but the strongest ones remain in this topic. And I think that they will wait until the end, so I think that the number of participants will not be greatly reduced.
