first thing is that you need to eat healthy foods for nutrition for your body then exercise and if you have some free time you need to sleep to take back those night of lack of sleep

Expand to eat vegetables can be tried roots, fruits with low glycemic (bananas, apples, grapes, oranges, kiwi, pear), and foods containing vegetable protein and lean protein. Do not count the quality. Skin, hair, nails, weight and mood will be generated by a healthy diet

 5. Don't go with bad influence people
 6. Avoid bad habits/vices- don't smoke, don't drink alcohol and most of all drugs.

Of course stop first all the bad hobbits like smoking or drinking too much alcohol or worst doing drugs, so remove all of that and start eating healthy.

Eat more vegetables, fruits. Take vitamins. Drink healthy shakes, juices. Exercise. Meditate and don’t stress yourself too much. Be kind and give love to everyonex

I believe it’s all about having a healthy and balanced diet with a little exercise. Also cut alcohol out completely unless it’s a special occasion. Drink plenty of water and keep meal portion sizes down. You must be active though, mentally and physically as many people overeat our of pure boredom.

tips to have a healthy life is to maintain a good diet, drink plenty of water, and exercise a routine that is done at least 30 minutes every day.

It just my opinion, everyday just take 10 minute to some exercise is enough like jogging, climbing. Then control your eating. Don't eat junk food,fast food. Eat more fruit and vegetable. You are what you eat. Don't take too much medicine like panadol, painkiller, I understand that stress people always eat these medicine. But you have to understand the side effect of these medicine.

Here are some tips  for a healthy life style.  Have a  balance diet,  drink at least eight glasses of water, sleep 8 hours daily, proper exercise and stay away from stress.

The only tips I can give you is this: eat more in the morning and less at night. try to cut out the sugary stuff like cola drinks from your diet. eat more veggies.

Not even sure if I'm qualified to give advice actually.

Lately I've been busy because of work, lack of sleep and cannot eat at the right time.


Can someone give me some tips to have a healthy lifestyle?    Sad
I will only mention a few. including:
1. regular diet.
2. programmed sports.
3. rest sufficiently.

healthy lifestyle tips that this is easy to do, you are only asked to avoid the habit of sleeping late and spend enough sleep, the reason is simple so that your body get a decent rest time and of course also have to eat healthy food and exercise enough

To stay healthy you have to exercise daily by walking, going jogging or some push ups to get your active. Drink Alot of water too.  This prevent dehydration and also ensure enough fluid in the organs. Get a balanced diet daily. Even the small amount of food you eat,, try to get it balanced. No too much sugary food and fatty food. Personal hygiene is another keep thing to keep you healthy. You also get enough sleep or you can take short naps in the day.

Doing exercise help us to keep healthy, and eat healthy food. And much drinking mineral water, because it is the main energy that our body need most.
