Tampaknya kepada saya bahwa agar dapat menjalani hidup sehat tidak terlalu sulit, ada beberapa cara untuk hidup sehat kehidupan kita, pertama dengan cara latihan, seimbang makanan mengandung banyak vitamin dan sisanya. karena segala sesuatu lebih baik daripada mengobati waspada jika terserang penyakit

To have a healty lifestyle start from managing what you eat. You should eat a healthy food.
Managing daily activity, like sports and sleeping.
Sleep at least 8 hours/day.

Some tips it might help  Wink
Eat a variety of foods.
Base your diet on plenty of foods rich in carbohydrates.
Replace saturated with unsaturated fat.
Enjoy plenty of fruits and vegetables.
Reduce salt and sugar intake.
Eat regularly, control the portion size.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Maintain a healthy body weight.

 Always maintain a healthy diet where you only eat veggies and fruits and avoid fatty foods that is mainly the cause of stroke and heart attack. Always drink water and have enough sleep.

I'm really fond of waking up at 2 pm. So I'm trying to work from 3 to 11 for example. That's how I'm feeling healthy

People say that diet is more important than exercise but i would say exercise helps you want to eat healthy things. People who don't exercise are more likely to eat junk in my experience.
I agree with exercise because you got this struggle while exercising it needs to exert the body to make it more fit.

Stop eating junk foods...eat natural foods such as fruits and vegetables,drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day,atleast 8 hours sleep and exercise...
