People say that diet is more important than exercise but i would say exercise helps you want to eat healthy things. People who don't exercise are more likely to eat junk in my experience.

An healthy lifestyle should consist of the following

Resting for 6-8hrs every night
Exercising for at least four days a week- it could be hitting the gym, playing your favourite sports(soccer,tennis,basketball,etc)
Eating the right diet(fruits,salads,vegetables,nuts, etc)
Having a social life (spending time with great friends and family)
Spending your leisure time well (going hiking, travelling out of town to the hinterlands for a change in atmosphere and environment)

for me healthy lifestyle is eating vegetable,exercises.avoid eating
junkfoods,soda and in fastfood chain.and also be happy.

Healthy lifestyle tips easy to do, namely:
1. adequate rest (minimum 6 hours in a day)
2. Drink plenty of water
3. exercise
4. in the morning sempatkanlah to get enough vitamin D intake by sunbathing
5. Eat a balanced diet (four healthy five perfect)
6. Avoid alcoholic beverages and cigarettes because it is not good for health

Best tip is to get moving, stop hesitating about that supposed workout or supposed diet you need to take, just do it without any hesitation and think about the results after that, you sure will be happy and pleased by them I can assure you that!
