Lately I've been busy because of work, lack of sleep and cannot eat at the right time.


Can someone give me some tips to have a healthy lifestyle?    Sad
Even if you ate too busy at work you can still have a healthy lifestyle. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Walk as you can, walking is also an exercise for our daily routine. If you can't eat at the right time then good thing to set an alarm so you will not forget or skip your meal then give yourself fruits after you eat your meal. Drink a lot of water so you will not going to be hydrated. And sleep while you have a lot of time after work.

Agree with all that's been said but would add stress management. Easier said than done but the volatility in crypto is a major source of stress for anybody in the space. Get the hell away from CMC and anything crypto for long periods to get your mind off it. Don't put in more than you can afford to lose and then treat it like a game or hobby. Still, I can't follow my own advice half the time  Wink

What is clear already many who know tips on healthy lifestyles, avoid alcoholic beverages, adequate rest, exercise in the morning although only jogging is important is sweating. Drink plenty of water and eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables, and there are many other ways to tip a healthy lifestyle

Be a vegan. Do not eat meat as much as possible and practice meditation. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables will make us healthy since it will boost our resistance and immune system. Meditation will make ourselves relaxed and stress free.

Fruits are sweeter and take less effort to organize, generally, so I tend to eat more fruits. Unless we could talking caned, but still, you usually heat up the veggies, so another vote for fruit.

Well there is nothing better than having everything on the proper time. Put sleeping into the right time, avoid too much overtime. Eat healthy foods and do exercise always.

Do the excercise that you love. Eat healty food, read everything what you eat. Just dont eat everything that is "good for you", first read and learn about healty lifestyle and food...
