Lately I've been busy because of work, lack of sleep and cannot eat at the right time.


Can someone give me some tips to have a healthy lifestyle?    Sad


Many people who say healthy is expensive, but it is healthy it is cheap, pain is expensive. Therefore, it is very important for us to take precautions before illness. My simple tips are:
1. sports, There are many types of sports that can help maintain the health of our bodies. For example gymnastics, and so forth.
2. Choose the right food that is 4 healthy 5 perfect
3. Drink plenty of water, Lack of fluids can cause dehydration that culminate in disease. Before the body is sick, better fill the body fluids by increasing the consumption of water.

I think you can try to cook a lot in advance, and whenever you need to eat, just use the microwave to heat it. I think this is a better way to eat some health food when you are busy

Healthy living tips are with regular exercise, timely feeding, sleeping on time with a clean environment, no smoking, no alcohol and no drugs.

Let's face it, most of us can't possibly do all the tips most people say to be healthy and fit. Not all of us have the luxury of time to do all those workouts or say no to those sodas or juicy burgers. I think what's important is that one shouldn't be a slave to cigarettes or alcohol and possibly the best advice is to stay clear of drugs, those will suck the life out of you!

In order to be a healthy person,
We have to choose the right food that gives us  good benefits and keeps us healthy and strong for our daily activities.
Also we may have an exercise which is important too to maintain our body to become fit and sexy too.
And most especially is to stay hydrated. We should always drink plenty of water.

Do not use drugs, healthy diets, limit fatty foods, get enough sleep, play sports, exercise, do not watch the culture, hills, .. .

You need to play sports and eat well that make your health better . You should limit work and get enough sleep, lack of sleep will make the body very tired

Walk at least 10,000 steps every day - use your pedometer in your iphone to track.

Eat hygienic food
Do exercise daily
Stay away from depression
Think positive

healthy living at the start of the hands then frequently wash hands after holding objects that may be a nest of germs and viruses,
drinking water at least 8 glasses a day
balanced and healthy food
activity with balance
give space for the brain do not be too menoton with work and

Eat healty food, do excersices, sleep at least 6-8 hours every day, avoid stress.

Just one tip for a healthy lifestyle to everyone, sleep or go to bed early. Have at least 8 hours of sleep a day. You feel relax and comfortable if you are sleeping right.
