Tips to have a healthy lifestyle is to maintain the diet, regular exercise, adequate rest, worship diligent, and always positive thinking, I am sure if we have run it all our lives will always be healthy and protected by a perfect God .

Having a healthy lifestyle means that is having a happy life. To have a healthy lifestyle a person must have the proper diet and have a regular exercise and enough sleep. To live comfortably and happily. Nowadays people are into this kind of lifestyle , they make way foe them to have that healthy and fit body.

Just sleep or go to bed early. Have at least 8 hours of sleep a day. You feel relax and comfortable if you are sleeping right.

Work out weekly

Eat right,  don't eat junks

Don't abuse drug

Don't take excess alcohol and tobacco

And lastly sleep 8 hours a day

One of the most important tip to have a healthy lifestyle is to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night.
It is really important to have a complete hours of sleep it helps our mind to ease and relax. Sometimes the body really needs to rest.

I prefer a vegetarian diet. Vegetables, fruits etc. and proteins can be obtained from eggs, milk and legumes. Plus of course healthy sleep, morning exercises and good air.

Many people who say healthy is expensive, but it is healthy it is cheap, pain is expensive.
Therefore, it is very important for us to take precautions before illness.

4. drink plenty of water and
5. keep clean

My own lifestyle such as eating nutritious food, calcium, exercise at least one week twice with adequate rest.
