For have a healthy lifestyle you need to rest sleep and eat vegetables and small rice because you need to your body to become stronger.forget all things made you feel stressed because overthinking only kills your happiness so don't do it.

drink plenty of water and sleep early and sleep 8 hours a day. eat vegetables and fruits. exercise. And i think drink vitamins.

Don'ts:
1. Don't stress over things. It's the no.1 killer.
2. Don't introduce chemicals for long periods of time that drastically change your body chemistry and thous debalance it.
3. Don't eat soy or other estrogen producing products.

Do's:
1. Eat balanced meals made mostly of protein and fat, as little sweets & carbs as possible. The less processed the better.
2. Exercise every day until you sweat. Find an activity you love and can still do when you're old.
3. Have a weekly cheat-day with lots of carbs,

1. Eat a variety of foods

2. Base your diet on plenty of foods rich in carbohydrates

3. Replace saturated with unsaturated fat

4. Enjoy plenty of fruits and vegetables

5. Reduce salt and sugar intake

6. Eat regularly, control the portion size

7. Drink plenty of fluids

8. Maintain a healthy body weight

9. Get on the move, make it a habit!

10. Start now! And keep changing gradually.

Avoid eating a large meal before sleeping, Avoid eating raw or undercooked meats of any type and last but not the least avoid sodas.

Lately I've been busy because of work, lack of sleep and cannot eat at the right time.


Can someone give me some tips to have a healthy lifestyle?    Sad

Just sleep early and wake up early in the morning. Eat healthy food.

  2. Choose water as a drink.

Don't sit all day and night in front of a computer. Smiley

Easier said than done... I just spend a whole sleepless night in front of the computer and watched my miners, watched pools, watched charts, trying to stay alert about meltdown and spectre... and I don't really have any stakes in the game with my handful of coins. Still fun (except for the meltdown and spectre part), but I'll regret it in some hours when I fall asleep in the afternoon. Wink


So yeah... good sleep/rest is actually very important. The right amount of food and the right selection of food and take your vitamins too, I guess. Smiley  Not to be underestimated is to get a good amount of proper daylight with sun.

1. Taking balanced and nutritious foods, high fiber, low fats
2. Doing physical activities for 30 minutes each day
3. Not smoking
That’s all the things I can convey on this good occasion. I wish from now on we can take care of ourselves and our family from sicknesses by getting used to run a healthy lifestyle. I wish everything I said can be all-to-the good for everyone. Please forgive me for any mistake on my words.

Manage your time wisely, don't forget to take a breakfast cause that is very important to start your day. And then keep doing exercise daily however just 30minutes and drink mineral water enough
