a happy outlook on life is key.  Reduce stress, 7-8 hours of sleep per night, eat fewer processed foods, drink lots of water, exercise several times a week, laugh.

Lately I've been busy because of work, lack of sleep and cannot eat at the right time.


Can someone give me some tips to have a healthy lifestyle?    Sad
Have atleast a good sleep , make your time managable in anything if you want to have a healthy lifestyle. Eat foods that are helathy for your health , exercise daily , do not eat foods wuth high in cholesterol , do not drink beer. Make atleast eight hours of sleep , drink much water , and do not stress yourself.

Take a good sleep.. healthy foods such as vegetables and fruits. No to processed food. And get rid of stress.

You should exercise at least twice a weeks. And don't eat, heavy food at night.

Well starting a sport as a hobby can regulate so many things in your life, ex if you swim 2-3 times a week you will see the benefits

try to exercise atleast 3 times a week, watch your diet, get enough sleep, stay away from processed sugar, drink enough water that's just i few i try to go by

Here some key aspects for me:

1. Go for a walk every day, at least half an hour, to come down and order your thought.
2. Do some sports, your body is a mashine that wants to get driven.
3. Take care about what you eat and drink enough water.
4. Get rid of destructive habits (smoking, negative thoughts, stressfull routines)
5. and most important, enjoy your life, take enough breaks and time for your own.

Well, the main things for healthy lifestyle are well-balanced diet, regular physical activity and enough of sleeping every day  Smiley Try to avoid junk food and snack in your daily menu (it's ok to eat them sometimes but not almost every day!), eat more vegetables and fruits, also drink more fresh water, at least a full glass a day will be good enough for cleansing you body. Hot water with soda is also very helpful in this case too but firstly read carefully recommendations about this method, it's effective only fi you use it in a right way.
Physical exercises are another important thing in this case. I don't mean that you need to go to gym 5 days per week, you can choose a certain type which you like but the main idea is to practise it regurarly. It can be simple running, yoga, dancing, sport games etc. Usually it's enough for an average guy, however if you have problems with weight, it's better to consult with a good fitness coach about your own effective schedule if physical trainings. Nice question asked very helpful for readers as wel.actulyi wake Early and offer my prayers I believe prayer is also a shape of exercise wel do exercise dail in park and do some body building take health breakfast. Stay away from hepertension because tension is invention of bad health

I go gym 3 days a week, try to eat healthy food as much as I can, avoid drinking alcohol even sometimes I want so bad lol and sleep 8 hours  Grin

As we all know,a healthy life is consisted with both physical & mental or emotional balance. So we should be careful to eat healthy while minimizing instant & artificial foods.Also sufficient amount of water will help to maintain our body in health. Avoiding alcohol is also beneficial.At the same time we should be highly careful about our mental & emotional health while eliminating mental stress & pressure of day today life.
