always drink plain water to taste every day. eat regularly, always consume lean protein, fruits and vegetables and don't forget exercise sparingly. It's simple tips for healthier life if I think

Everyone is busy, and one of the first things they cut out, when really it should be one of the last things you lose, is sleep.  I know it's hard, but you should try your best to get as much sleep as you can, because that's when you're body repairs and heals itself.  The longer you give it, the better.  Also, try to keep stress at a minimal.  Yoga and meditation can help with this.

We all know that. Eat healthy foods and have a balanced diet. Do not drink alcohol and do not smoke because those two are killers. Avoid processed foods because they are cancerous. Lastly, have a regular exercise.

I recently became interested in getting healthier and in doing so I discovered Dr. Joel Fuhrman.  He has many youtube videos, TED talks, and books.  I'm a firm believer in his approach to health because all his ideas are based on medical studies.  The basis of his diet is heavy on salads, fruits and vegtables and minimal meats and sugars.  I've been following it for a while now and I feel great.  I sleep better and have more energy.  On top of eating healthy I also exercise regularly.  I love to run, cycle, and swim.

You're on the right track.

Ok nice question, i will ask your question as a medical doctor. If you want your body stay healthy you must organized your life cycle and eat fruit(vitamin or suplement). So in the morning, you can make a little excercise before you go to work. And you can consume a suplement like imboost or anything else, the suplement must have Vitamin B complex. The main thing is you must have a breakfast in the morning even if you busy. In some research, you just need 4 or 5 hours to sleep to make your body stay healthy, even though there some research too you must sleep 8 hours in the night.

Many people who say healthy is expensive, but it is healthy it is cheap, pain is expensive.
Therefore, it is very important for us to take precautions before illness.
1. exercise
2. Choose the right foods
3.Prepare enough and regular
4. drink plenty of water and
5. keep clean
