I left Xapo a while ago, their security is ridiculous to the point of having a product that it's completely unusable. I get they care about it but they ask for two factor authentication all the time, sms, calls, pins, password...dear god it's annoying.

The reason is most likely this: they have no idea how to resolve your earlier problem hence they didn't respond at all.
But from what I know Xapo (and any other service, tbh) has standardized and automatic answer ready for customers who want to quit.

Xapo... im trying to use your API to get non xapo btc addresses balance but after i coded it it says {"error_description": "You are not allowed", "error_code": 1}

Dear David

I'm a newbie to Bitcoin and Xapo.  I started my first mining contract with Hashocean.com recently, by moving bitcoin from my Xapo account, and was supposedly sent my 1st payment 0.005+ BTC

It was sent 3 June and its now 2 days and  I have not got the payment to Xapo.  I have sent a question to Xapo today by emailing [email protected] about this matter.

I have had payment  (from hashocean) sent to the original bitcoin address given by Xapo when I first
opened my Xapo account.  The BTC address I have given hashocean is correct.

Can you advise about this non payment  or is that because it is Sunday

I hope I'll get a reply

still confuse why my email got the response really fast like 2~4 hours.
it's the mystery when i go into this topic. even calling myself very lucky didn't solve the mystery.

Made me wonder too, I never experienced any problem with my Xapo account. Though from my activity on this thread I can see and conclude that your chance to get answer on this thread is next to nothing.

I got a good response from a support service they closed my account with a specific reason and return all funds remaining in the account
so if you do not get a response from a support service please send mail back less than 24 hours they will reply your email
but it must be remembered writing emails and polite

You are having issue with debit card ? We see a similar issue with advcash's exchange rates. This leave Bit-X as the only honest Bitcoin debit card service, in my opinion. They use the market exchange rates for card transactions and all fees are stated clearly

I am surprised to see a lot of people have problems with Xapo support center, but when I sent an email to the Xapo support center, I got the reply just in couple hours.

I also do not have problems with support but one of my friends experienced the same thing
two days of account status is still under review I do not know what makes them very slow process verification

I don't know so much about xapo, I only used it as a wallet to send and receive btc, but I think xapo have a live chat support system also, you should try to contact them live if the support system not working and your account still in under review.. I hope the live customer supporter will assist you better,

They are providing same mychoicecorporation visa card which have monthly maintainance fee which is quite annoying and also there is 3% transaction fee and other fees during withdraw as i already have one mychoicecorporation card from cryptopay. I am thinking to get one xapo physical card but in some of the above review there were claims of rejection by paypal and ebay which make me think twice before choosing xapo card.
