I'm a bit surprised about this because XAPO was one of the wallets used to integrate into faucets. Now this is over, it seems.

I think they want faucet users to go somewhere else with the new FEE structure

Bitcoin Transaction Fees

Bitcoin transactions from your Xapo account to other Xapo accounts are not subject to processing fees.

Outgoing bitcoin transactions from your Xapo account to a bitcoin address outside of Xapo will be charged a fee of BTC 0.00025213.

Wallet

Incoming bitcoin transactions to your Xapo Wallet equal to BTC 0.00037819 or less are subject to a special processing fee of BTC 0.00025213 so as to cover the transaction cost of the bitcoin network. This special processing fee will be automatically deducted from the respective transaction.

For example:

    If you receive more than BTC 0.00037819, no fee applies.

    If you receive more than BTC 0.00025213 and up to BTC 0.00037819, then a fee of BTC 0.00025213 will be deducted. The amount to be credited will be the difference between the incoming amount and the processing fee.

    If you receive less than BTC 0.00025213, then a fee equivalent to the amount received will be charged. In this case, the amount to be credited is 0.

why do you use an unlicensed exchanger?

Ok apparently im not alone.

Im xapo latest victim, opened the account, sent my ID and proof of residence, asked for the debit card.

I got a transfer 2 days ago.

Now my account is under review, cant log in, cant send emails. Sent a form and support did not reply

Been a week.

How did you guys manage to get to talk to support or something?

I need to use my btc.

I've been using Xapo for 3 years now. I have come across a lot of errors. first of all the app is completely useless and has major bugs in it for both android and Iphone, i use both. The website sometimes takes me 3 times to log in and sometimes logs me out to log back in just switching wallets less than 1 min . I do feel they are safe but over all i give them a 6 for software interface friendly.

Xapo's support is notorious for being late. They either will respond to you fast but won't resolve your issue for a long time or won't respond at all.
You need to bombard them with mails and questions. But Xapo is not a scam service - it is people who are to blame here for not reading their ToS and not complying with it.
