Useless, I received no official reply since March 13... My account still locked, my coins unavailable.

You will have a better chance of getting a solution by emailing them than writing here. This thread is no longer attended by the team.

BTC Received in Xapo account: 0.84767416 BTC
Tx: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Is it too high amount to send and receive from XAPO account?

I too have an account with them for many years and I did many transactions over 1 BTC but never faced this issue. My account also fully verified because earlier I was using their debit card for ATM withdrawals.

thanks for your advices.

i tried all social media=))
and got no response.

it is not about price of btc bro, it is about respect to customers, respect your job...
And now you know how much does they had with their customers Roll Eyes
Move your coins to another trusted web-based wallet or desktop wallet instead
If they don't put respect on you, the customer, then they don't deserve your business

Since it looks like your coins still stuck, you might want to keep contacting them or as Potato says above, contact them directly via Social Media

Come on!!

Of course i wrote them emails! not one mail, mails.

They said they will be back in 24 hours, but no feedback...

You can also try to follow it up on their social media's below:

https://www.facebook.com/xapoapp
https://twitter.com/xapo

Unfortunately, Only xapo can solve this and there is nothing left to do except to enter the big waiting game because as mentioned above, xapo is known for their closeness with turtles and horrible service.

I would like to say that this could be because of high traffic that most bitcoin services are receiving as the recent price hike attracted several users but NO, since this kind of problem/s existed even before.

And obviously, You're not the only one who's experiencing this: https://www.reddit.com/r/Xapo/

Yes, meaning to say they still haven't initiated my transaction. 20 hours...

I am not waiting an answer,

I want to show what is xapo...
Might want to contact their support in that case, they don't reply to this topic anymore
Now, they only give support if you email them, but good luck getting a reply as their support are known for being slow
Next time use desktop based wallet instead Wink

Lol any phone number to call to? Need my password to make a new deposit and no answer from support
As far as I know, nope
You have to contact their email instead, which is disappointing for a company this big to not have phone based customer support

Hi,

I made a btc transaction to another wallet 12 hours before and i am still waiting for you to "validate" my transaction. Not blockchain...

And i paid "high priority" tx fee

Here are my questions:

Meaning to say they still haven't initiated your transaction? is that it?

or you've already got a transaction hash from them but it's been unconfirmed for 12 hours? If so, post your transaction ID here.

But from what I know, Xapo's High Priority Fee means exactly as it sounds. It's indeed "high" and miners prioritizes transactions with a higher included fee so once your transaction has been broadcasted to the network, it'll be confirmed in just a few blocks.

Hi,

I made a btc transaction to another wallet 12 hours before and i am still waiting for you to "validate" my transaction. Not blockchain...

And i paid "high priority" tx fee

Here are my questions:

When will my tx will be validated?

Is ıt usual in xapo such as looooong delays?

What is the reason of delay?

What is the meaning of "high priority" for xapo?

Who will pay my damage for this delay?

And last question:

Do you have any customer service?

What is your service?

What are you doing?

....

You are asking too many questions here and Xapo never give you reply here because their support is not checking this thread for long time so better try to contact on site because you have no other option for your transaction and safety of money

Fucking Xapo cards will no longer work outside Europe

Let me guess, its because foreigners use XAPO cards to hire trucks lol   Grin Cool
I think it is because of the rules  of visa card that they allow crypto cards to only Europe  that is why almost all of the crypto debit card providers has announced that their cards are now available only within Europe.

I am really surprised that peoples still using this xapo because now they are charging for incoming and outgoing both which is ridiculous for bitcoiners support is also worst on this forum as they never reply any one even its urgent or any thing they will never reply to you  Angry

I know... Whatever you said about their customer service was absolutely right. I already stopped using their services a while ago, but I forgot to update a Bitcoin address on my recurring invoices. That was my bad.

I think Xapo is becoming the next Mt.Gox...
What a shame.
Can you tell, why do you think that Xapo becoming next Mt.Gox? Is there are any signs of it? I didn't noticed anything suspicious about Xapo recently.

They are forcing every single user to use their mobile app for transfers of balances now.
For somebody like me who was using Google Authenticator for authentication, this new requirement means that we cannot access our funds anymore.
(I had to use Google Authenticator because my phone number was incompatible with Xapo's system.)
Their customer support was totally unresponsive until I threatened to file a police report against their U.S. branch.
You can find similar horror stories on Xapo's Facebook page.
I just cannot believe they thought they could bulldoze serious user complaints like this.

I would imagine they lost a lot of customers now after their card issuer blocked Xapo Debit Cards with non-EU addresses and wants to prevent further withdrawals of funds.
I would never use their service again after I get my money back.
I agree that Xapo sucks. Users, forced to login by downloading Xapo app, fees for incoming small bitcoin transactions, higher fees for sending bitcoins, bad customer support, blocked debit cards for non EU users and etc. Many users left Xapo after everything that, including me. And I don't see any reasons to use their service again. But still, I don't see reasons to compare it with Mt.Gox. I don't that they are turning into scam, maybe they just have bad business strategy

I see your point, but I am not entirely sure if I would agree with you on this one.
I mean, Mt.Gox was not a scam from the very beginning, you know.
I really had to press hard to get my money back from Xapo, and, although I was lucky enough, I am pretty sure there are others who have lost significant amounts of money because of Xapo's recent policy changes.
The overall dismissive attitude of the customer service certainly didn't instill a sense of confidence and trust in them.
