What a shame.
Can you tell, why do you think that Xapo becoming next Mt.Gox? Is there are any signs of it? I didn't noticed anything suspicious about Xapo recently.

I just sighned up at xapo and am now compleetly locked out.  I need to contact xapo.  I am unable to do this ant the support site because you are required to NOT BE LOCKED OUT to do so so please stop telling me to go the the support page and tell me how to contact xapo.

Hey XAPO!
I've sent few messages to Xapo.com support regarding my xapo.com account issues.
It's about one transaction which i never done....but it is posted in my account.
Also i will describe a little bit more now:
At the date and time of that transaction, my balance had less BTC, less that the withdrawn amount.
I use that bank, but i never used that ATM MACHINE !
Please fix this issue as soon as possible, because those are my funds and not yours!
I can't believe your service...such important and big as is...HAVE FAILED !!!
Please send my balance back as soon as possible, maximum 24 hours, i will never accept to return my balance in a few weeks or so, because if the price will fall again, you won't cover my lost!!! In other words, if after 24hours i won't see balance back, my lawyer will contact you very soon and don;t tell me now i have to wait who knows how many days or weeks, because is pretty simple to check how much my balance was, and see i never used those funds almost 1000 USD and that because at that time my balance was somewhere between 550---650 USD...so there is no such possibility to withdraw the amount of 3500 LEI the currency in my country, which means almost 960 USD because i repeat...my balance at that time was ONLY maximum +600 USD !!!
Please check your PM and there you will find my registered email and phone number with xapo.com .

OK. I have got my BTC back. Xapo Cancelled  the transactions after 2 weeks.
I still do not understand why it takes too long to check.

Are you sure about sending them to polo? Currently, polo has a lot of complain about withdrawal issue and stuck transaction. Hopefully they'll improve, but for the current time, isn't it better to stay away from it? It won't be good if you finally got your amount back only to het it stuck again.

Dear all,

I feell my self in deep shit.
The reason is , I tried a special school payment of one of my daughters with my Xapo debit card a week ago, one with approximately $2300 (which is declined) and one with approx. $850 which is approved.

At that day , a week ago , btc price was $2800 and now its $3400.

The approved transaction , no concerns about it. it's ok. But what the hell is going to happen to the declined one. It's reduced from my BTC balance at the transaction day, and  it's still in Processing - Pending status at Xapo and cardholderonline.com.

I need that Bitcoin really bad. I need it back to my balance.

Why do they charge my balance although the transactoin is declined ? I do not understand ..

When the processing is complete, are they going to give my Bitcoin back ? or are they going to give a reduced amount according to the exchange rate change. I think they have to give my BTC back because the transaction is declined ? I hope.

Any ideas appretiated.

You will get your BTC back to the balance in ~2 weeks.

2 days ago I tried atm withdrawal, like I usually do, but this time I got no money out of atm. My xapo balance was charged for amount I tried to withdraw. Transaction is still pending. I wrote to support but got no answer yet, has anyone had similar experience? what can I expect? thanks

One month ago I contacted the support for other reason (Xapo app stucked on Iphone), but still no one answered me.
Definitely they have poor support.


Try contacting Jesse at their Reddit, he has a good reputation and actually got back to me very quickly. I'm not sure if he's actually from support but he can speed up the process or at least answer your question while he forwards it to support. Xapo is a serious company but like all blockchain focused ones they are drowning in tickets and backlogs lately and it's not because they are doing bad with so many money coming in...they are greedy and know people still need to use their services, Kraken is very reputable but I have an question/ticket opened from 3-4 weeks, it's not urgent but still, I can imagine others with actual critical issues.

My tier 2 or 3 I don't remember for example took almost 3 weeks to get approved (and it's only a local address!). Don't get me started on Poloniex.
Currently most of bitcoin related exchanges and wallets are worst in support I also trying to contact Xapo but its very long time they never reply any email same on Poloniex even they are doing some extra work on this but they need to do some quick work for better results of members

A good solution, I also have a Xapo account in the block because I lost the mobile number and I can not recovery because when registration using other data. Does anyone experience like me?
