They haven't answered to my e-mail for over 2 weeks

It's been 2 months since I ordered the card

Oke and someone from XAPO was talking here and that person could not notice someone from support to contact you. It could be a good start to start reading this topic and answer people who are waiting weeks/months now.

Blockchain can't be trusted also, their security is a joke, the wallet is easily breached, if you want you can use offline wallets Wink

Dead support have nothing to do with huge success, if it means anything it means you are maximizing your profit by not hiring support which fall under greed not success.

Treat satoshi or btc owners alike, I don't want my 0.5 BTC back, you can have it for teaching me a lesson to never ever trust a service, I only trust the trust less blockchain now, about time that services like you showed up and started ripping people off.

No I am trying to access via computer but I think today my Internet is also very slow some other bitcoins sites also troubling but sites other then bitcoin working ok
