I am joining bounties for half a year now and I prefer selling those immediately once they got listed in the market. If you know how trading works, you can multiply the reward you got from the bounty in the market. Sell those and invest it to a more profitable altcoins like EOS or part of the top 10. If you think that these token/coin you got from the bounty looks promising, sell it at its highest price then buy it back at its lowest then HODL. Just be updated to that platform for you to get an idea when to sell ot for a profit.
Essentially. The reward is token as a form of investment by effort and effort in your work. That means, depending on the development base and potential of the project on practical utility that you can hold or sell them. I tend to hold more than sell them.
For me I still hold quite a lot tokens i will hold them until the market really returns to me more profits, i think i am right .

for me, after getting paid from a bounty project, does not fully sell all tokens on the first time listing in the market. prices sometimes drop dramatically but usually prices can go back up on ICO prices within a month. after the price can touch the price of ICO, I will sell some of my tokens. and the rest I will hold until tokens can be registered in the main market so that the price of coins can be higher than the price of ICO 3x-5x.just my experience.
For myself, I have developed the following strategy, depending on the company's bounty:
strategy 1. If the idea of the project is unique and promising, while the company has real experience and achievements (they do not come with the idea only), then I keep these tokens.
Strategy 2. If the company goes exclusively with the idea, but the idea is unique and the potential is interesting, then I usually do so the 50% sell 50% of ostavlja.
Strategy 3. If the company does not have a unique idea, but create a powerful media promotion company around itself, then I sell 100% of tokens received in the bounty.

I think even though the prize has been received to my ETH address, seeing the red market condition better I will hold my prize until the price goes up higher, so the prize given to us will be more than we get.

they said that if you earn a token and if you want to have a good price you should wait a year before you sell it but if you are one of so called bounty hunter you will sell it as long as it is available on exchange meaning price isnt matter to you.
For now that price of token coins are low so better hold it first wait for the time to come that its price will go high to earn a bigger amount.
There isn't one decision for all projects, There are many factors: ico price and price on exchange, hype around a project, nearest events connected with project, etc.

you should to hold your token. while the price is going up you can sell it. but, up to you want to hold or sell. In my opinion hold is the best way.
I think token bounty is my invest this ICO, and one more i think i should to be hold this, the crypto market can be high more. So i why sell now, because token bounty can make me rich more in future and help my life

A good Question But it depends on your call and Guts for Me if the Platform is Good and the roadmap is clear in details, you know where that specific Token and platform were heading for!one more important is the Working platform has a working product or services to sustain its ecosystem for the long period. if this characteristics is missing of that said Bounty Token then its your call whatever you want?

Majority of ICO's experience nowadays drop in the price as soon as they hit the exchanges, mostly because of the whole market being in downtrend last 3 months.
A lot of people who participated in bounties wan't to sell them, also early investors who bought on pre-sale with huge bonus, also be dropping the price.
What bring new coin back to life is listings on huge exchanges like binance and other from top 5, more trading volume is always good for a coin and can boost the price for sure.
Trying to look long term on your bounty rewards is also a good idea. Take a look at Stratis or Waves for example, booth needed at least 1.5 years to show significant grow, but who held the coins all this time was definitely happy.
Don't sell your bounty reward all at once, sell partly, and wait for the project to develop a product and enter more exchanges, most likely it will help to sell with more profit.

The dev often like that. They don't pay the hunters yet until the price low.
if they pay hunters fast, the price of their tokens will dump if they don't have a large scale buyers.
when the price can increase after it gets a list on the market, then it means I need to sell some amount right now and hold the rest because maybe in the other day, the price will increase more. but sometimes, if the price is in under the presale price, I only hold the tokens until the price can increase more and reach the target price of the projects. I think we need to make a plan on when we need to sell or hold the tokens so we can move to other works or we can place the order sell for the tokens.

most importantly you have a structured knowledge about altcoin that you have the result of a bounty project. this is the same with the investment process undertaken by investors.
Everything we do has consequences if you sell your tokens that you get from a bounty gift and the price goes down,
