There is not a rule about to sell or hodl. It depends on the token you think it is worth or not, and depends on if you have faith on that or not, and depends on that if you need money right now or not.
I think the right decision to do is we must sell immediately our bounty token because i am sure that after our bounty token will list on the market the price of it will surelt dump because a lot of holder will surely sell it.

I prefer to sell tokens that can be cheaper. Tokens where a large campaign pool, it is better to partially sell and buy others
Better to hold back and see the current market conditions. then i will sell tokens from bounty and go to ethereum, if project is promising and can give you some profit again it should be hold.
I see the market first, if the market price is high I will sell but if the price is low I will hold it until the price goes up to avoid excessive dumping.
it totally depends on the market value of token and also you have to review the abilties of token that you got because some of the token have an ability to grow in the market and often you have to review the roadmap of token from token official website that will happen next with this token and make any decision
It depends by the project. if you think that it is a good project you should hold, but with this reasoning, i lost more than 50% of value because of dump. Only time will tell me if i made the right choice or not
For now i cant hold Token for a long time, because basically many Project disappear so fast and dont give any value from their project.

Usually, all new tokens in a few weeks after releasing on exchange get pumped by the group of telegram users in order to get "free" money.

It depends from the project. If it's strong and has a huge potential in the future then just hold it.
I got my tokens from Welltrado bounty campaign and I'm 110% sure that I will hold them.

when you receive reward bounty, please you sell but enough partly do not everything. definitely the price will drop after the distribution of rewards for bounty participants. it's a natural thing because most of them immediately sell it. and that causes the price to fall. but the team will not let prices go down, they will definitely work hard to get prices back up. well when the price starts to go up you still have some coins from that you got earlier, so you can also enjoy the high price of the coin.
You must hold it first until it reaches your desired amount or if the market price is not on a good situation. What you said is a vice-versa situation because some token don't worth holding for long run you mention because they are only hot and pump in the market when the ICO still hold but later dump in the market once they ICO is finish. I will advice people to always know the depth of the concept of token in other to know the right token to hold for a long run.
I think it is "Hold". Because the value of the token you receive from the bounty will decrease when you trade. But it will increase in the future and the same is the development of the project in the long run
