I certainly agree, i also choose to hold first the coin to let the price goes up by helping the demand to increase also. Though todays market is very red we still have to support this business if you want to have bigger profit.

The smartest thing to do with this bear market was to wait and buy more because once this bear run cease, all of the coins will recover and might start a very long bull run. This is so normal in crypto world, all we need to is be patience enough to hold and you will rewarded for that.

investors preferred to invest in the market than in the ICO now because there is a big difference it's much lower when it hit the exchange, why not these companies just put their token in the market first and do not launch an ICO and let the market decide if it is a good coin to buy.
I sold almost all of my coins and tokens. It seemed to me that the price would fall. At the moment, I did not regret selling them.

I can't really tell the reason people think about selling off their tokens or coins when the price or market goes down. That should even be the time to hodl tightly. The crypto space tends to repeat cycles of rising and falling. The market is down now, agreed, but it'll go up later. To the issue of low turn out of investors and Bounty hunters selling low. Investors are scared to invest in ICO's this year because some project that they invested in last year didn't become successful. I think to resolve the issue of Bounty hunters selling low, their tokens should be locked up until after a period of time to keep them from dumping and also allow the project to grow organically.
for now I think for investors who have a lot of coins when participating in the ICO, when the coin is first listing in the exchange I suggest selling the coin immediately before the bounty hunter sells all the coins so that they are not affected by the price drop below the ICO price, then when the price drops we can buy it again and hold it until the price rises again, so we get more profit with more coins
