I'll say wait... But you can still choose to sell. In the end it depends on you, and your current immediate financial situation. But most times, a little patience will pay off.
We are in the bear month and probably the market are not in favor for the seller so i believe in would be better if you can buy more token and hold it for sometime and wait for the right time to be back on recovery market or even higher price.

i really dont know how to deal with this kind of situation since mostly of the coin are being dump by the bounty hunters but if you are a investor of that project i guess no need to worry about it because im sure you are confident to the project before investing into that, naybe its about to hold there coins and wait a little longer and hold because coins is cheap at their 1st exchange maybe after a few update of the project the price will rise soon as the project get some investor We all know that the situation with market is not that good as we want it to be. I think the best thing to do now is to wait and hold and wait till things get back to normal. There is a whole lots of panic in the system now and a whole lots of people want to sell off their altcoin in fear that things may get even worst than this but the best thing to do is to hold on now and even buy more altcoin and invest in the deep so that at the end of the day when price get back to normal and increase one woukd have made a whole lots of profit.

i always wait. i dont care about current situation of the market so much. i know that it is going to raise again sooner or later. i know that crypto market has a huge potential and there is a huge space to grow. i dont want to be out of this growth.
In a downtrend market, I do not believe that then is time for selling. The downtrend signifies time for buying and not for selling because the price of coins are very cheap then and you get coins at good prices
the tokens are down and marker stil not yet recover. its better to choose between wait or sell in situational way. it depends on how you need.

Hold or wait if you are at a lost. If you would opt to sell, you can do so if the price is still above or higher than your purchase price. This way you can still earn something from your investment. Personally, I would rather hold because prices will surely increase in time.
It's true you noticed how badly the market is doing, the listing ok idex thing though is because some projects are not just as serious as they should be. Listing in a bad exchange can make holders feel like dumping also . The market needs to get more liquid to be honest, we can only wait till then
