You can take two strategy when token goes down. Firstly, you can sell token quickly. Than wait for token falling. After falling stop than you buy again. Suppose token falling start $0.50 and you sell $0.47 than falling stopped $0.38 and start up again this time you buy per token rate $0.40
Note that you sell $0.47 and buy $0.40 per token. You earn $0.07 per token.
Secondly, stop selling when token price goes down and wait for until token price up again.

I fully agree with you. The Token has been going down for a long time. But I do not think that it will always fall when it grows. For this you need not to sell it, but to keep it and wait for its growth.

Nobody can give to you a piece of good advice. Nobody knows what you have coins how you earned them. I personally believe in growth of the price in the kriptovaltny market. And what to do to you, to sell or is not present. to solve it only to you.

And what investors should do in such situation? Sell all they have for small money or wait until a token will go up?

if investors sell for a small price they will certainly lose and I don't think they want to risk that much so they will likely wait until the price rises even though they already know the risk of investing
If the situation does not force you to urgently sell your tokens and you still believe in the future of crypto, it makes sense to just leave it lying on your wallet until better times will come , when the market returns to its maximums or even break a new highs .
The best and wise idea to earn money in cryptocurrency is to wait and hold tokens for sometime before selling.
Definitely, holding your coins is a long term investment but definitely worthy. Especially when the price is falling, you need to be impatient and not to sell it. 
Well for me waiting for too long is bad especially you cannot easily anticipate the price that easily. If you believe to its potemtial when gold for it but if you do not feel that it will pump do not buy it of course

No investor would want to put his or her money into projects that will not succeed at the end of the day. Most ICOs nowadays do not reach their softcap and as such the project is unsuccessful, some of these ico team might even cart away with contributors's money while some faithful ones might refund. Therefore investors are sceptical about investing now.
