Napoli can still continue their very positive performance in two different competitions this season. Apart from remembering opponents like Frankfurt, the Napoli team still has a squad with very good performances this season so it is very feasible to count Napoli into the race for the Champions League title this season because they have unusual abilities this season.

I think that PSG may look in paper like the strongest team but the fact that they were not able to win against Benfica in the group stage games for me says a whole lot about them,they still need to find that perfect harmony in the team,especially in defense which is why they have been eliminated always in the last years of the Champions League,they have a stellar attack but not that stellar of a defense despite their defensive players having stellar names.

I think also that Manchester City in their last two games in the Premier League before the break for the World Cup showed a miserable form and with such form you cannot go very far in the Champions League.I think there is no real favorite between this clash,it is anybody game.

I feel like goalkeeper is not as big of a trouble as Mane, and I know that may not sound great to many people because it's an important position normally, but not for Bayern.

Well, because they already have a good roster enough to not get too many shots on goal for them, and if they could have scored a bit, with Mane then they wouldn't care about getting scored on once a game on average as well. Their goalkeeper could be me, and they could still have some games where they don't get scored on at all. That type of difference is important, an epic level of defence and midfield makes sure they have the ball and attacking. Only problem will be in UCL, and I didn't expected them to beat PSG anyway.

Strongest team may be PSG, but Manchester City is not much below that. As RB Leipzig you couldn't have had it worse. They will especially have to try not to be defeated at home, if you draw or maybe win, you still have a chance in Manchester. However, I think that City will already score an easy victory in Leipzig, and then it will be the end of the story for Leipzig. I also don't know how City will start the competition again, there are many players in that team who played in the England team at the World Cup and they will be walking around with a big disappointment for a few weeks. I don't really agree with the reasons for the world cup and to say they are Champions League finalists this season.
There are several players like Kim Min Jae, Lozano, Zielinski, Anguissa and Mathias Oliviera.
But everything I mentioned there has come back because lastly it was Kim Min Jae from korea and Zielinski was knocked out in the last 16 of the world cup so this doesn't bother anything anymore. on the other hand it is still too early to say they are Finalists especially since there are still many great clubs in the Champions League now.

I didn't know about Neuer's injury. His being out until the end of the season is going to be a really negative news for the team. Especially in the Champions League their job will be more difficult. Because I don't see any alternative in the subs who is as good as him now. Bayern Munich are still getting unlucky with injuries these days.

In this situation Bayern Munich might change their priorities in making transfers now. They might need to look for a trustworthy goalkeeper about whom they can be confident. Maybe Yann Sommer could be one of these alternatives as his contract ends by June 2023.
