If Cristiano Ronaldo deal is been triggered and he comes to Chelsea, there's every possibility that he's definitely going to be a starter under Graham Potter.
Of course he will be a definite starter, Chelsea do not have any striker that is better than him, notwithstanding his age. Quite a lot of people think Ronaldo is slowing down, but i don't think he is, definitely he can't be as sharp as he was 10 years ago, but he is still a productive footballer that is far better in his position than many players younger than he is. Aubameyang can't compare to him in anyway, and Tuchel who was the main reason Aubameyang came to Chelsea is now gone, so tbh he looks lost already and that could be the reason for his poor start to life at Stamford Bridge, if i am to help Chelsea make decisions on who to sign, i will definitely get Ronaldo for one season at least, with a possibility of an extension, it is a smart deal imo.
Most Clubs are investing for long term purpose, I'm not a Chelsea fan and I'm a Cristiano Ronaldo fan but them for the betterment of that side, do you also think that this is a good one for the club.
Too much of all these old player's, I was wishing they had Erling Haaland when Thomas Tuchel initially wanted him around bit they failed to achieve that.
Ronaldo wnats the game around him scoring and I don't see Chelsea as that Club, they are a side that build's on all the player's working together, it's all on the coaches decisions though, it's the reason why he's a manager. Aubameyang hasn't performed well so far, I think they need a younger player. Chelsea's new owners a bit self minded, he's just after profits, but don't know a good team will be that which gives you bigger and better profits.
