Surely things are looking not good for Bayern Munich even they have done amazing job in early rounds of this competition, but now they are going to face PSG which is having most lethal attack in UEFA, and they can go challenging with any team and Bayern Munich is surely now having issues with their first choice goalkeeper is also out of the competition with broken leg.

Even mostly peoples feeling Bayern Munich is superior but still things are looking not good for them in knock out round because here we have too many upsets in last few years and Bayern Munich is having challenge of PSG which is ideal side with not good luck, but things can change for them as well in coming weeks with mostly no one can predict about the outcome of this match but still things are interesting.

A disappointing end for few players into World Cup with Neymar and Cristiano Ronaldo both lost their respective matches and now out of the competition with the news around working Neymar is also thinking to quite national team after this defeat against Croatia Tite already resigned with Portugal lost against Morocco is also having big impact on their future with most chances we will have few changes in this team as well because they were not good and Cristiano Ronaldo's dream is also shattered.

With this all now things are completely changed because Neymar is back to PSG, and he is going to start again soon because now his next destination is Champions League title for his team PSG and Ronaldo is looking for his new home as things are not looking positive for him after having worst exit from Manchester United few weeks ago.

Right now nothing is clear because after exit from World cup in quarterfinal what is outcome of Ronaldo coming we have to wait for his next announcement because most chances he will quite as Portugal player and try to use his two r three years career with any reputable club in UEFA and if things having not favourable situation for him then most chances he will try to settle in MLS which is also in his destination with Inter Miami is looking for few UEFA top quality players.

But as we are having few rumours about Chelsea, or maybe he can go into Italy s well because Roma and Napoli are also interested but both looking for cut in salary which is surely needed from Ronaldo but if he is not agreed then surely most chances his Champions League career is going to be ended already.

I think the Portugal coach has to be balmed for this early exit at the world cup by Christino Ronaldo. Why bench him again, sure you got a result the previous time you benched him but don't he know the opponent will be preparing for that in the next match. For the first match he got bench, the coach didn't expect that and it wasn't planned for. Probably the defense was trained to mark Ronaldo and when he wasn't on the pitch they lost concentration on who to mark. He's suppose to be smarter than what he pulled at the just concluded match.

Well his departure from the world cup might just be what he needed to get his head straight and focus on himself. He needs to get back to his form. Even though he isn't scoring every week but atleast he needs to get back to his best so he excel at club football. I don't think the world is ready for Ronaldo's retirement yet, atleast he should win some trophy more than retire. I was thinking it's going to be the world cup but sadly he's out.

This game will be so interesting as we will be witnessing two European giants go head to head in the Champions league knockout stage (the round of 16). I can't say who will advance to the next stage considering squad quality PSG are in better shape than Bayern Munich but Bayern have been very impressive in the competition this season so it will be the perfect game to see who deserves to progress to the next round.

I feel like Bayern hasn't been that consistent neither for a while now. I mean it does look like they are doing fine now, but last year they weren't that great and lost too, just like PSG did, and start of this year they weren't that great too, eventually recovered.

So, I wouldn't give them the benefit of the doubt that you give. I personally believe PSG is far superior, looking at how they have Neymar and Messi and Mbappe all at the same time, they could score at any moment, just because they failed last year doesn't mean that they will keep on failing forever. I feel like they will win for sure, not going to be super easy, but quite possible.

Ronaldo may not be able to play CL at all in the coming years. Let's start with the problem about his salary. Would he have seen the light this season and maybe just accept that a lower salary is also acceptable? He is no longer the Ronaldo he used to be. In the CL he has almost all records to his name. PSG have an extremely difficult route to the title with Bayern Munich as an obstacle. Then you could also draw Manchester City the following round if you are unlucky. But I think the draw has not been drawn yet and will be drawn every round from now on? Manchester City has no problems with RB Leipzig.

Having Cristiano Ronaldo at Chelsea will make sense, they're short in the attacking options if they can get him before the game against Borrussia Dortmund, then I can say they have a chance to win Dortmund.
It's pretty sad he's leaving so early in the world cup, ad they lost to Morocco today as he was spotted shedding tear's, what a painful exit for his last world cup game.

The Coach has a role to play though in his arrival, but since the owner wants him in the club, I think it will be smoothly done. The  news of him moving to Saudi Arabian side has also been on air, I don't want him really to relocate to that league.

Certainly Neuer taking his position in between the sticks for Bayern Munich which will give them a little more confidence at the back and upper hand playing from the back but its a shame and very unfortunate that he might not be available for the game due to an injury picked up in the world cup. Bayern will be hopeful he recovers and be available for that game when the champions league resumes next year.

Cristiano Ronaldo to Chelsea seems unlikely to me still, I know they showed interest in Ronaldo when Tuchel was still the manager but as things stand now the club isn't so sure of still being interested in a deal for Ronaldo so until a clear statement is published to prove their interest, these are mere rumours and shouldn't be taken seriously but if they are interested I also think this is a good chance to get him as a free agent.

Bayern Munich are unlikely to be strengthened by their mainstay goalkeeper Manuel Neuer due to a broken leg incident while skiing while on vacation. With the absence of Manuel Neuer as the last pillar and also the captain of the Bayern Munich squad, here PSG will be slightly superior. It looks like Manuel Neuer will be able to appear to defend Bayern Munich against PSG in the Champions League in February 2023, which is certain that Manuel Neuer's 2022/2023 season is over.

One of PSG's three best attacking players is out of the World Cup. That is, Neymar's team, one of the best players, has been eliminated from the World Cup by defeating Croatia in a penalty shootout. It is truly heartbreaking. Congratulations to Lionel Messi as his team qualified for the semi-finals. But ultimately, hopefully after the World Cup, everyone will join PSG in a big way and take the performance forward.

Before the World Cup, Real Madrid performed fairly well in the Champions League. Their team was very organized. However, Karim Benzema's injury will have some impact on their team. It remains to be seen how they get their team back together and return to their previous performances after the World Cup.

IMO. on paper these two teams have their respective advantages, both from Head To Head the players of these two teams. in terms of formation strategy, Bayern Munich played more collectively in midfield, and made Couopo-Moting their Target Man. besides that, Bayern Munich also has a fairly strong defense line. at the moment there is a slight obstacle for Bayern Munich, but we will find out later if the absence of Sadio Mane will affect the overall performance of the team. although, actually Bayern still has other options, one example is, Kingsley Coman. but don't forget, Nagelsmann is famous for his extraordinary tactics. he can rotate his players according to the needs of the team.

On the PSG side, the MNM Trio has above-average individual skills that can tear apart Bayern Munich's defense line. it's just that, they also have a weakness in the Galtier strategy pattern. sometimes their midfield role is not enough to contribute to helping attack after attack launched by PSG against Bayern later. so, PSG will focus on its star players. PSG's defense line is also quite vulnerable when PSG are busy attacking. so that when Bayern counterattack, it will be fatal. so basically, these two teams have the chance to overthrow each other in the round of 16 match later.

But I think that this problem will come to naught, because after the World Cup, Ronaldo will either immediately end his career in the national team or play a little more (in the European Championship qualifiers) and end it a little later. And fanboys will find a new reason/victim for indignation.

Both teams have their own advantages and disadvantages. But overall I see Bayern Munich more likely to win this game. Yes, of course, whoever sees the squad that Paris Saint Germain has, they have a luxurious squad compared to Bayern Munich. But I still believe Bayern Muncih has a better mentality than Paris Saint Germain. It's also not a guarantee that having lots of star players will make their appearance better.

On paper PSG has a good team when compared to Bayern Munich, but in terms of being consistent in the Champions League, Bayern Munich is superior to PSG. The Bayern Munich vs PSG match will take place with high tension, fast attacks will also decorate the match.
Both teams will attack each other which makes this match even more interesting. I can't predict who will win over the two legs, because both teams have the ambition to qualify for the next round.
 

There is nothing wrong with the players who played in the Qatar world cup before playing again in the league competition. Even though in general there is indeed fatigue for players who are always used and are also productive in giving their best play in every match. But Napoli's performance will not change much after the world cup because not all Napoli players are used or parachuted into the Qatar world cup.

Despite Frankfurt is not a team that can be underrated Napoli Napoli is better than Frankfurt in performance this season, Napoli have been doing perfect this season in series A and Champions league . The performance Napoli has been exhibiting this season tells Napoli always  have higher chance of winning every match,  so I don't think it will be too hard for Napoli to win Frankfurt.  Napoli have been doing better than Frankfurt in the Champions league.

I don't agree if you say Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga is bad, and I think it's likely that you don't know about the big changes that Eintracht Frankfurt has done in the Bundesliga. However, differentiating from their position in the standings in their respective leagues certainly won't be right, so yes, however, neither team will win easily in the knockout round or in the round of 16.
Even though Napoli have so far been unbeaten in Serie A, the fact is that Napoli is also not perfect to get all the wins in every match.

Therefore, basically Napoli also has weaknesses which of course the opposing team can take advantage of to score goals.
Eintracht Frankfurt itself this season looks very good even though at the beginning of the season Eintracht Frankfurt didn't look good, but as time goes by even now Eintracht Frankfurt can be in the top four of the Bundesliga standings. With this extraordinary increase, of course Eintracht Frankfurt will still have a chance to qualify and Napoli will never be easy to beat Eintracht Frankfurt in the round of 16.
