To be honest it is a difficult prediction, because both of these teams are not doing well in their respective leagues, like in previous seasons. .People are acting like Chelsea wasn't horrible at the end of Thomas Tuchel era, I understand that we won the champion league with him but what happened a year later, Chelsea got totally humiliated by Real Madrid at their home and couldn't hold a lead we were having that could have taken us to the next stage of the competition and who knows maybe we would had been able to defend the title which is something no premier league side has been able to do.
