Whilst i agree that Erik Ten Hag would be fired sooner or later, i don't think he'd be sacked during the season, maybe at the end of the season. The hierarchy at United would know that sacking Ten Hag mid season wouldn't really help the team, but it would completely flatten the team, and they'll not even have enough time to find the right manager.

Ten Hag has been so poor in handling the dressing room, he has a problem with player management and i don't even know what his footballing philosophies are, he is an average manager at best and he'd prolly go in the summer.

I think firing the coach is not the solution for Man United at the moment, look Man United has had several world class managers and all of them have failed at some level. The problem is that there is a culture at United where the players are bigger than the manager and the board/hierarchy plays into that.

There needs to be a cultural change where the manager is seen as the ultimate boss and instills less fear in the players. Once the players are afraid of making mistakes, that's how Man United will start to see good results. Man United in the UCL league doesn't need to expect much this season, I predict they will remain in fourth place as bottom, qualifying for the last 16 of this group. Bayern Munich is accompanied by Galatasaray.
You opinion that the main issue at Manchester United is that the players are having issues as well as lacking respect for the manager hence their poor performance doesn't go down well with me. There's no way the football players of a club will deliberately decide not to play their best for a club that pays them salary if the manager of the side isn't treating them bad. Several reports in the media suggests that some senior members of the Manchester United squad aren't happy with the manager's tactical approaches as well as his training pattern and that's why they're are not their best for the club.

In my own opinion, I think that best thing to do now is for the Manchester United heirarchy to sack Erik Ten Hag and hire a manager that'll establish good relationship with the manager while bringing out the best from the players.

I agree that failure to qualify for the round of 16 or into the Europa League would be the end for Ten Hag. United need different leadership, someone who is smart and more charismatic to create a warmer dressing room environment without any bickering.

If faced with a point of view like the one you convey, it is indeed too risky to appoint an interim coach at this time. Replacing Ten Hag is not a good choice while the season is underway, but what can you do if he continues to suffer defeats, it would be better to fire him than see United finish in 15th place in the standings, or even worse.

It is true, it is not easy to find a new successor in a managerial role, because most unemployed coaches will also think twice if they receive an offer from United, because they will also consider many things such as their personal image.

On the other hand, Ten Hag weakest side is his relationship with his own players, his firm attitude is interpreted differently by some of his players. In fact, I think the mass media also played a role and took advantage of the situation experienced by Ten Hag in the dressing room.

There is no doubt about this he was most hated person in Manchester United but with his skills and performance he changes things and now having award like this which is amazing stuff from him even the team is not at his good and facing many challenges on and off the field, but he just gives shut up call to all his haters with his performance and improvement now after having humiliating defeat at home against Bournemouth now they are going to face Bayern Munich which is another challenge because in cast of lost we can expect good changes in this team but win can bring some stability.
Manchester United supporters detested Harry Maguire due to his bad play and ability to help the rival team whenever Man United plays a different team. He is primarily helping the opposition win games rather than leading the team in defense, but I believe he is learning from his mistakes after being benched for a period. As a result of the other defenders in the Man United team being unreliable until Malacia returns from injury, he has emerged as one of the team's most trustworthy players.

Quote

Bayern Munich also having some troubling time with they are playing relaxed games and this can give good advantage to Manchester United even their chances for the qualification still depend on other match result, but they can bring this success for their own moral and confidence.
Despite Bayern struggling in their League, they will beat Manchester United because statistically, they are very good playing against English teams and since the only chance Manchester United have is to beat Bayern and hope for the other two teams to play draw which is almost impossible.

I believe MU's problem goes beyond talented players. Talent is important, but team dynamics and the coach's adaptability are more important. Ten Hag struggles with tactical versatility, especially in difficult situations. His technique worked well at Ajax, but MU's roster and Premier League intensity require a different approach.

Its not simply about the players' fame or accomplishments. Their form, motivation, and fit with the team's style matter. Consider Hojlund. He's underutilized and feels out of place. This suggests a strategy and execution problem for the team. MU needs a coach who can recruit and integrate talented players into a winning squad. Regaining their old greatness requires more than merely chasing big names.
Erik Ten Hag is currently under intense scrutiny due to Manchester United's poor performance in the EPL and UCL. I think it is natural that many people justify it because he has been given full freedom to control the team. The fantastic amount of money that has been poured into him so far has not produced satisfactory results, in contrast to previous managers who were not supported by large funds. I see that Erik Ten Hag is not ready to handle a team as big as MU and he doesn't seem to have a clear vision in formulating tactics, which makes the game sometimes look very messy.

Tomorrow Manchester United will face Bayern Munich and tomorrow's match is a deciding match. MU's hopes of qualifying are very small because they have to look at the results of Copenhagen vs Galatasaray. If he fails again, then it is natural for Erik Ten Hag to leave his coaching chair.
Manchester United seems to be continuously suffering from bad luck this season. Ten Hag and his players have tried their best, but misfortune continues to block their path, causing them to fall into a negative trend. Some players appear confused because they occupy different positions, while others appear more selfish, especially Rashford and Bruno. Internal conflicts and player injuries further complicated Ten Hag situation.

He desperately needs solutions, tactical adjustments, and most importantly in my opinion a miracle to save his career. Ten Hag must re-evaluate his goals this season and change the targets to more realistic ones. I think next season United will miss appearing in the UCL, considering that their struggle to break into the top four of the EPL is very difficult.

I agree that failure to qualify for the round of 16 or into the Europa League would be the end for Ten Hag. United need different leadership, someone who is smart and more charismatic to create a warmer dressing room environment without any bickering.

Manchester United said to be a really weak team is arguable. I don’t consider Manchester United to be a weak team. They might be having a bad spell at the moment, with their inconsistent performance, not playing at their best and losing games. But they’re certainly not a weak team.
Anything is possible in football and there’s still the potential of Manchester United winning that champions league game against Bayern Munich. The potential may not be much but it’s still there.
I agree with you that they still have a chance to beat Bayern Munich, but it's not as big a chance as Bayern Munich has.
Oh yes Bayern Munich just suffered a very painful defeat, because they lost with a landslide score. The same thing was also felt by Manchester United, who had to be defeated at their own headquarters with a score that was not small either.
Manchester United getting through this group stage is something very surprising and I don't hesitate to say that what works if they qualify is great luck.
Bayern Munich conceded 5 goals against Frankfurt. I can't remember  the last time I saw a Munich team lose by such a big margin. However, Bayern Munich will definitely want to  win against Manchester United  after this  humiliating defeat. Munich fans are disappointed after such a defeat against Frankfurt. Bayern Munich will want to give their fans peace of  mind with a win against Manchester United. They won't make the same mistakes against United that Munich made against Frankfurt. Bayern Munich will play in this match with the aim of winning.
Few weeks back they fail to score any goal against Copenhagen, and now they concede five goals against Frankfurt is surely one of the surprising performance from them in Bundesliga they are currently second behind Bayer Leverkusen but here in Champions League they are leading and still have chance to stay at the top, but they are feeling relax which is interesting and how they will play against Manchester United his is also interesting because just win for the Manchester United is not enough they also needed draw in other match if they want to jump at second spot but in case of win and lost surely they could be stayed at third spot which will be disappointing, but they have to accept this all because their performance was not good enough in this season.

Harry Maguire's being the Player of the Month in the EPL was one of the most interesting incidents I have witnessed this season.  Grin  Because we have seen so many memes related to him all over the social media due to his bad performances before. This was like an answer from to all those memes but it is doubtful if he can maintain this effort longer.

He had better do so for Manchester United's next game especially. Because they have a very critical game to play in the Champions League.

Honestly I think that they can win against Bayern Munich. Because Bayern Munich don't give their 100% anymore after securing first place. They might not even bring all of their main lineup players to England or we might see many of them in the subs.

In fact, Maguire deserves this individual award, because he has tried to secure his place in Ten Hag main squad. We know previously that Ten Hag wanted to get rid of him, and was encouraged to leave Old Trafford, even having the captain armband removed from his arm and giving it to Bruno. However, regarding memes circulating on social media, it is a natural reaction that must be accepted and all players often receive similar treatment, not just Maguire.

Regarding the Manchester United versus Bayern Munchen match, I think this is a meeting that is a little out of line, I mean Bayern will have the ambition to finish off United at Old Trafford to cover up the humiliating defeat they received in the Bundesliga. So it is difficult for United to win even though Bayern are in a safe position in Group A, and it can be predicted that United will again be the object of ridicule after the final match of the UCL group phase later.

Manchester United have not yet found the right coach like Alex Ferguson, but all the coaches who handle the Red Devils have shown their lack of expertise in looking for players who are worthy of being included in the Red Devils squad. In fact, Erik ten Hag brought his former players from AFC Ajax to Manchester United but instead to build Manchester United like AFC Ajax..

But none of the players he brought in brought Manchester United back to glory. In fact, in the months of big clubs, not only in the Champions League in the English League, Manchester United was so disappointing in every match. In fact, it became increasingly unclear what Manchester United was doing. This season..
To be fair it's not easy to find a coach that could get "Sir" title, we are talking about potentially one of the best managers in the world ever, and if not at least we all know he is top 5 in success and that's a big deal.

How could you find someone like that easily, it would be quite tough. If they can steal the manager from their city rivals maybe in a few years they could start to look good as well but for the time being they are not going to be all that great and they should consider the situation a little bit of a trouble for them with Erik Tan Hag, he is not looking like he is capable of managing a team this big, and that wouldn't be really all that unexpected, dude never managed any high level club before United.

There is still a lot that needs to be improved about this club and Erik Ten Hag doesn't seem to be able to improve MU's performance to become stronger to take on its former glory days and in my opinion MU needs very talented star players as they used to have reliable players in the club and until now MU has not been able to get players like before and I am very sure that if MU had got talented players like in the past this club could regain its glory but not with Erik Ten Hag.
I really don't trust this coach anymore, even though previously I still believed in seeing MU qualify for the Champions League but it seems to have failed and I don't have any sympathy for the coach.

Anything is possible in football and there’s still the potential of Manchester United winning that champions league game against Bayern Munich. The potential may not be much but it’s still there.

Only few people still have hope on Manchester United to win their match against Bayern Munich and you are among those that still have hope in them. Anything they say is possible in football and what we don’t expect can happen at anytime even when we least expected it. But in this case, is it even something imaginable? I agree with you that Manchester United is not a weak team but take a look at their performance recently in both domestic and in European competition, are they worthy of qualifying for the next round at all? They lack that spirit to win in this match, so I will vote for a win for Bayern Munich in this match.

In group C, the match between Napoli vs Braga will also be one of the interesting matches. Perhaps for Napoli they only need a draw to make them qualify from this group stage. But for Braga themselves, they still have a chance to qualify with a note that they must beat Napoli by at least winning by 2 goal difference. Because if they can only win by a difference of 1 goal they still won't qualify because Napoli excel in goal productivity.
Napoli must also be very careful because with great motivation it can make Braga able to display a game that will surprise them.

Napoli vs Braga match is not the one that one can speculate much about. Napoli are the better team and have a better scoring probability than Braga in this match. A draw for Napoli can be okay to grant them a qualification to the next round but I know they will go for a win which is even much better for them. The two teams that will be making in out to the round of sixteen of the champions league will be Real Madrid and Napoli.

Bookmakers have nothing to do with it, you have to face the truth - Manchester United have really little chance to win this match. Although in recent EPL matches the team has been performing well, Ten Hag even won the coach of the month and Maguire the player of the month, it was hard to imagine such a thing, but they did it

Yes, super funny thing. Especially considering the fact that United were simply lucky with the calendar of games. And an even funnier thing will happen if after two subsequent games (with Bayern in the Champions League and with Liverpool in the Premier League) which United are likely to lose both, Ten Hag will be sacked. If this happens (two defeats or even a draw with Bayern which is equivalent to a defeat and a defeat against Liverpool) and Ten Hag is sacked, then I will only have one question - why so late? The season is already a complete failure.

So many scenarios for Manchester United although ya, the reality is that it is still difficult for Manchester United to finish as runners up. After all, if for example Manchester United managed to beat Bayern Munich, but if Galatasaray or Copenhagen managed to end the match with a win for one of them then still, it would only make Manchester United finish in third place . Therefore, basically Manchester United does not have a good chance at this moment, because Manchester United is also hoping for a draw result in the Copenhagen v Galatasaray match.
The challenge for Manchester United to secure the runner-up position becomes so frustrating, and the team's fate is interconnected with the results of other matches involving Galatasaray and Copenhagen. They need specific outcomes in those matches to improve their standing. This underscores the competitive nature of football tournaments and the significance of each match.

Manchester United need to approach their own match against Bayern Munich with determination to aim for a positive result, and simultaneously keep an eye on the developments in the Copenhagen vs. Galatasaray game. Fans can expect an intense and nerve-wracking period by hoping on frustrating scenario, and the hope is that Manchester United can navigate the complexities to achieve their favorable outcome. The excitement of football lies in its unpredictability, and until the final whistle, anything is possible.

With the look of things, Manchester United, Galatasaray and Copenhagen they all need wining for one club to qualify because there points are almost equal especially Copenhagen and Galatasaray but however among the three teams Copenhagen has the highest chances of qualifying because they are on the second position of the table so even if they draw with Galatasaray and Manchester United also draws with Bayern Munich Copenhagen automatically qualify has as the second position on the table, but perhaps if Galatasaray manages to draw with them and Manchester United eventually wins then they will be the one that will qualify, so there table is actually tight for the three clubs especially for Manchester United.

I personally favor Galatasaray over Copenhagen for that match. Even though Copenhagen is in second place, for me they both still have the same statistics. Copenhagen is in second place because it has a goal difference of 1 point more. It wouldn't make much of a difference in my opinion. The most difficult opportunity is at Manchester United. No offense but I hope they can do better in the European UEFA league.

They can only achieve something there if they win the match against Bayern, only then. In other cases there are certain conditions such as a draw in the match between Copenhagen and Galatsaray and so on. In short, it's easier not to worry, I think they have almost no chance of making the Champions League play-offs and little chance of qualifying for the Europa League

To much have been said about this group. Manchester United has failed the fans who had too much and many high expectations. Erik Ten Hag and his team have been on a rough and tougher journey than what was seen last season. I won't be watching the game between Bayern Munich and Manchester United though, it maybe in favor of Manchester United but the bookies are fat liars and you can't trust them a hundred percent.

Galatasaray should win, besides they'll backed by the traveling fans who wants to see them win and qualify. It won't be a easy one bit let's see who wins.

Bookmakers have nothing to do with it, you have to face the truth - Manchester United have really little chance to win this match. Although in recent EPL matches the team has been performing well, Ten Hag even won the coach of the month and Maguire the player of the month, it was hard to imagine such a thing, but they did it

United was not a weak team but it was still underperform due to some players were declining. it means manchester united was not in a good shape but i must be honest if the result against frankfurt makes me lose my hope for bayern.
Manchester united may beat bayern with narrow score. Old trafford was not scary as what it used to be but bayern still needs to be careful with it. It's caused by manchester united will do everything to win the game.

The match between galatasaray vs copenhagen will become dead or alive matches for three teams which are very interesting. The same thing is also happening in the group F as well as acmilan, psg and newcastle competed for the second place.
Dortmund has been passing the group stage and theer was only second place left to be competed by those teams. I hope that those teams will be giving everything to win the game.

I think the possible scenario on Tuesday will be like this: Manchester United will win against Bayern Munich somehow. However Copenhagen or Galatasaray will be the winner in the other match which will hinder Manchester United from advancing to next round in the Champions League. This will probably cause Erik ten Hag to start being criticized even harsher.

If this scenario happens I hope the winner of the Copenhagen - Galatasaray match can be Galatasaray.  Smiley  I respect Copenhagen's big effort also of course. But I still think Galatasaray deserve more thinking of their capacity in this tournament with these great players.
Considering how Bayern played their last match in the Bundesliga, it is clear that they have problems with defense, by the way, this was noticeable in their first game. I think Manchester United have a good chance of winning this match, since Tuchel will probably not bring the main squad to this game. For Manchester United, the whole difficulty lies in the fact that the situation depends not only on them.

So many scenarios for Manchester United although ya, the reality is that it is still difficult for Manchester United to finish as runners up. Manchester United has started a disastrous championship and an even worse Champions League, but in recent weeks I have seen a Manchester United much more convinced of their strength, so I think that next Tuesday we could see a real and fascinating Champions League match against Bayern Monaco, unfortunately Manchester United wouldn't just win enough but must hope that Galatasaray - Copenhagen ends in a draw to be able to access the Champions League round of 16. I imagine that in both matches the tension is palpable as all three teams can dream of progressing to the Champions League

I have not rated the Red Devils well in my overall assessment of their performance in the entire season as they have not impressed us in the Premier League, and Champions League. At the Premier League, their lack of consistency have made them unpredictable of what match or games they can deliver or not. They are currently holding a 6th position in the table standing with a record of 7 loses since the beginning of the league.

The annoyance is that they are the club with the worst lose in the table ranking of the top 9 clubs of the league right now. I think it is also safe to acknowledge their underperformance in the champions league as worse of worst since they are the bottom brearers of the table and are worst than other two small clubs in the group A table including Copenhagen and Galatasaray. I think Eric Ten Hag has performed poorly through out this season.
