Yesterday I saw a really bad match from Juventus, I've always been a Roma fan but seeing such a strong Italian team making so much effort doesn't seem normal to me, it's true that the team's form isn't great but it must also be said that it is Juventus, instead I must say that Bologna played a great match and surprised me by beating a great team, happy for them and because they also won me the ticket Grin

And regarding the PSG vs Man City match I am very sure that Man City can now return to being a strong team and can beat PSG even though they have to play away.
City have started winning games again, their confidence is slowly returning and i think it is only a matter of time before they are back to the winning machine we have become accustomed to.

That said, their previous poor form has put them in a precarious position in the champions league, they absolutely have to win their remaining two games, and that starts tonight against PSG. The French giants are also in a big risk of elimination, the two teams need the win tonight and it sets up a spectacle for everyone who'll be watching.
Besides it's not time for Man City to joke around, they have wasted a lot of time so whether they like it or not the 3 points later against PSG are a high price to pay. But don't forget that PSG also has the same motivation to not be easily defeated, so I hope both teams really show their best game and use all their strength to win the 3 points.

The French giants are also in a big risk of elimination, the two teams need the win tonight and it sets up a spectacle for everyone who'll be watching.

The history of these two teams shows that Man City has won 4 times and lost only once in the last 6 games with paris, which shows the superiority of City. But Paris has won only once in 7 games against City at home, which also shows its weakness. on the other side, city has lost two consecutive games in its recent away games in the Champions League, which may be a weakness.

today's match between Man City and PSG in the Champions league will definitely be a breathtaking drama! City with that explosive attack line (Haaland, Foden, De Bruyne) and Paris with stars like Dembele, Ramos and Barcaula are both looking to score goals. On the other hand, Paris is a tough opponent at home (Park des Princes), but City is always serious in the knockout games. In previous encounters, City have won most of the matches, but Paris will be looking to take revenge this time with a younger and faster team.

Paris's squad today features players like Marquinhos and Hakimi, while City also has strong players like Haaland and De Bruyne. psg lost 2 -1 to City in the previous match although they were good in the first half. This shows that City can show strength in the second half.

Tactically, Guardiola will probably want to tire Paris out with ball control and short passes. Paris also relies on quick counterattacks. The key is how well the Paris defense (especially Marquinhos and Pacho) can contain Haaland. On the other hand, City's goalkeeper should be careful of Paris' long-range shots.

My prediction is that despite paris's defensive strength, city will probably win 2- 1 or a high scoring game with a 3-2 result in favor of City due to their strong attack and guardiola's experience. Haaland or De Bruyne will probably score and Paris will respond with a goal from Dembele or Ramos. But City should be careful of Paris' counterattacks.

If Paris' defense is solid today, the result might be different, but I feel city will win with Guardiola's experience.

Well, I also think the same as you. because Monaco is not a weak team. they might even maintain the advantage they have until the match ends. In the second half there was also no guarantee that Monaco would start to weaken. Because of course Monaco will also try to increase their goal advantage to ensure security. But at least I hope Aston Villa also scores a goal in this match. And made both teams score goals.
Failed. Aston Villa failed to score a single goal to make the match end in a draw. Aston Villa should have been able to score one goal. Let's just say Aston Villa was unable to do something that made them have to accept this defeat.

Another match today that will be difficult to predict is the Atletico Madrid vs Leverkusen match. Well we know Leverkusen cannot be underestimated. They had an extraordinary record last season. And betting on the victory of one of the teams in the match is also too risky. But for the Benfica vs Barcelona match and also the Liverpool vs LOSC match, I will favorite Barcelona and Liverpool.
Atletico Madrid, even though they had to play with 10 players because they lost Pablo Barrios in the 23rd minute, were able to score a goal that made the match a 1-1 draw. Well, only when Leverkusen lost a player because they had received two yellow cards, Atletico managed to score a goal that made Leverkusen lose in the 90th minute.

I was happy when my favorite team won against Lille.

Celtic are not having a bad season. They are leading in Scotland. In the Champions League, they have high hopes for the next round. They even have a mathematical, albeit difficult, chance for the top eight. They have collected seven points from their three home games so far, showing that they are an important and dangerous team. Young Boys showed against Winterthur that they are not up to the expected pace after the break in the Swiss Super League. In the Champions League, they are yet to pick up any points and the remaining two matches will be a mere formality for them. I don't think Young Boys, who didn't perform well in their first match under their new manager Giorgio Contini, will be able to show much resistance in this away match. I think there will be goals against each other in this match but I think Celtic will win.

Generally, it was an entertaining game from the first whistle until the final whistle. I really didn't expect such dramatic performance from Benfica and assumed it was going to be an easy run for Barcelona. Defeat was highly expected but the narrative changed after the tensed and dramatic first half. Benfica played against Barcelona and tough game was highly expected but the referee could have allowed us to enjoy a fair game without prejudice and bias decisions.
There is no more exciting match than Benfica vs Barcelona which managed to steal the attention. I don't understand anymore how fierce Barcelona is in the Champions League competition and is able to make Benfica players really frustrated. How could it not be because they were far behind, even Benfica was optimistic that they could win the match, then Hansi Flick rotated players which had a big impact in the 80+ minute, full of drama, trading attacks, the players mentality rose and the Barcelona player who deserved the most appreciation was Pedri. He played perfectly, there is no need to debate Pedri controlled the field well.
The match that ended with a total of 9 goals was really exciting for us, the two teams who played offensively in the match have shown us that everything can happen before the final whistle is blown by the referee, Benfica who played at home actually started the match well and even they have actually got a comfortable victory in the first half, however, several rotations made by Hansi Flick in the second half have had a positive impact on Barcelona game which was finally able to make a remarkable comeback in the match in the 90+6th minute, the victory over Benfica made them temporarily ranked 2nd with 18 points and further increased their chances of automatic qualification to the round of 16 this season.

  • PSG vs Manchester City (City win)
  • Arsenal vs Dinamo Zagreb (Arsenal over 2.5)
  • Feyenoord vs Bayern Munich (BTTS)
  • Real Madrid vs Salzburg (BTTS)
  • Milan vs Girona (BTTS)
  • Sparta vs Inter Milan (BTTS)

At the moment I don't really want to take big risks and mostly choose BTTS because I believe there are some surprises of draw or loss in today's match. And regarding the PSG vs Man City match I am very sure that Man City can now return to being a strong team and can beat PSG even though they have to play away.

Szczesny hasn't been himself, I could remember he was better than this while he was the goalie of Arsenal, now his like a shadow of his former self maybe it might be due to age. But nevertheless, in the game last night Benfica really worked hard for the goals they scored on the night. They were really fantastic durinythe first half, because each of their attack was deadly to Barcelona, I didn't even expect Benfica to pose a threat to Barcelona last night but they did. Barcelona on their part tried to come from 3 - 1 to make it 4 - 4, the controversy came with the 5th goal

No doubt benfica did great in the first of that match or also some part of the second half but allowing such numbers of goals to come from Barcelona and also giving Barcelona hope in the last minute calls for a great concern, personally what I don't like is a team acting as if the will win but at the end of the day losing the same match, benfica good first half outplay was brought to nothing by bacelona and I think that's a bad result for them, Barcelona needed to be applauded for such a good come back, am one of those people that never believe that barceonal will equalize the goals talk more winning they match, the game of soccer won't stop doing what it's been known for, though the rate out which Barcelona became aggressive in the die minute was a sign of taking up responsibility, there zeal to make a difference worked for them in the die minute, congratulations to them, benfica has to avoid the repetition of what happend in that match, there's no way there fans and mangement are gonna be proud of them in that performance of theirs and that's more reason they should improve to do better next time.

Both teams performed well in this match and the game was competitive for a long time, although Barcelona won the match but they were lucky. The game ended in a draw but in extra time Rafinha scored a goal to help Barcelona win.
But Benfica kept their team safe for a long time but the last minute goal was a long pass and it was scored. Benfica's defenders were spread out which made it easy for them to score and Barcelona used their technique to win.

They both played well but that was a very unfair result for Benfica. Quite alright, I know one thing lead to another and both the coach and the players should take responsibility for bottling that match yesterday. However, it will be hypocritical to left the referee out of this. The Referee had a direct influence on the result of that game by obviously favouring Barcelona against Benfica. He clearly awarded non-existent penalty to Barcelona that gave them the third goal.

The matches of the night were very good. I had said that Barça would easily beat Benfica, but Benfica blew like a storm in the first half. (Carreras will definitely be transferred to a big team next year) played very good football again yesterday. I think he winked at Real Madrid.

Barça started the second half very well and managed to turn the match 4-5.

Raphinha played great football again in Barça.

Barcelona at it again, if it was another team that late challenge on Benfica player would have been a penalty, I'm surprised because this isn't the first time they are doing this in the Champions League for them. Benfica 4 Barcelona 5, Raphinha With an excellent finish to score that 5th goal.

In this game against Benfica, Barcelona's goalkeeper was very bad, he was responsible for the second goal that Barcelona conceded, it was a clear mistake on his part, then he made another mistake that caused a penalty and Benfica managed to score the third goal. I think that Barcelona's goalkeeper is not very focused in this game and Barcelona's defenders didn't help much either, having conceded 4 goals in a game against Benfica is very bad.

I hope that in the Man City vs PSG match there will also be similar excitement as in the Benfica vs Barcelona match. Although I am a little pessimistic that this will happen. Because usually when two big teams meet, both of them will try to play very carefully from the start and not play openly from the start. And if that happens then it will be a bit boring. But tensions usually increase after one team scores a goal. I would initially favor Man City. But I doubt it. What do you think and what are your choices for the Man City vs PSG match?

I think that Enrique is much more careful and will not allow this to happen, and Guardiola always plays much more carefully away from home in the Champions League than in home matches, so I do not expect that the PSG-City match can have the same thing that happened yesterday in the Benfica-Barcelona match, by the way, it was a good strong-willed victory for Flick. And Atletico, despite the red card at the beginning of the match, were able to beat Bayer, which is very indicative of Bayer's strength.

I know this is a risky bet, but i'll take City. I gotta believe City vs PSG game is as good as Barcelona, or even better than it. Neither of club has remaining games as chance to qualify for the play-off and winning this game is a must.
of course, most persons would want to take give man city the win in their bet slip because city has to win this game considering that they are at a tight corner where a win or win is the only result they should expect going forward. if it was against a smaller team then straight up we would have been sure that this is a walk over for them but against PSG, we can only hope that they give a very impressive performance that will yield the expected result. the kind of aura and excitement that came from the barca game is just something else and for a team like city that needs this victory more, this is the kind of mentality they need to take into this game against PSG. no need t underrate them, no need to take chances and regardless of how the tempo of the game, to keep pushing and fighting to get the better of their opponent. a lot of interesting games to look out for and certainly they will want to draw from the result barca had to get theirs. arsenal zagrab, real Madrid Salzburg are still great games to anticipate.

Liverpool is the favorite of the Liverpool - Lille match, Liverpool will want to finish the Champions League undefeated.

Atalanta will easily win the Atalanta - Sturm Graz match. These 3 points will be very important for Atalanta.

If Stuttgart wants to continue in the Champions League, they must beat S.Bratislava tonight. S.Bratislava has 0 points in this league and they have no purpose left in this league. I think it will be an easy match for Stuttgart.

If PSV Eindhoven wants to stay in the play-offs, they must beat Red Star tonight.

I was right in all my predictions.

Atalanta won very easily. They beat their opponents 5-0.

Stutgart won easily. It was an important 3 points for the play-offs.

PSV won easily but Flamingo got a red card in the 50th minute and the match ended 3-2.

The most exciting match of the night was Benfica - Barcelona. Benfica lost the match 5-4 despite always being ahead and Barcelona won.
Raphinha scored the goal in extra time and brought victory to his team.

yesterday's match  was truly crazy! Barça, who looked like a sleepy team at the beginning of the game, fell behind in the 2nd minute with a quick goal from pavlidis. Then Lewandowski equalized the game with a penalty, but again, szczesny, the barcaa goalkeeper, made two disastrous mistakes, allowing pavlidis to score a hat-trick and Benfica to lead 3-1 by the 30th minute! I really thought the game was over but Barca changed in the second half.

rafinha brought hope in the second half with an accidental goal (the ball hit his head and went in!) but an own goal by araújo put benfica ahead again 4 - 2. this is where lewandowski scored another penalty and eric garcia scored a beautiful header to make it 4- 4. finally in the 96 th minute rafinha made it 5 -4 with a great left footed shot from inside the area, making the stadium cry! this comeback was truly historic especially since barca became the first team in the history of the champions-league to come back from two goals down and win.

this win not only almost brought Barça to the knockout stages, but also showed how much fighting spirit this team has despite its slippery defense (especially the Schalke!). on the other side, benfica despite scoring 4 goals, was lacking in defense at the end of the game and the penalty in the last minute hit the post and was not scored!! In short, this game was a perfect example of exciting and unpredictable football.

What a night for Barcelona, today wasn't really their day as they started very confused, conceding 3 goals in the first half and even though they try to fight back benfica always has something to say in the match.
I must really show respect to Hansi Flick's changes I think they were necessary and timely, making there impact almost immediately.
Yes Barcelona may have won today but this match exposed so many loop holes in the Barcelona team I believe Hansi Flick should look into.

Barcelona tried yesterday to become a hero by making a comeback from 3:1 to 4:5 but to be honest I see the match like the referee favors Barcelona in the match, the referee wants Barcelona to win the match and if you look at the last goal Barcelona score Benfica players are all complaining about the foul that happens in Barcelona box when Benfica player was pushed, Barcelona gets the second penalty when Benfica player push Yamal and that same thing happens and they didn't want to give it to Benfica.

I'm saying this because some Barcelona fans always find it difficult to understand football and whenever they lose a match and Real Madrid wins the match they will complain that Real Madrid paid the referee, we can see what happened yesterday and that is what want to cause fight after the match end, Even Barcelona players know that the referee is in favor of them, so a Barcelona fan that complains whenever Real Madrid won their matches Benfica were also robbed yesterday.

Champions League teams are really not just any team, for example during today's match, of course we have seen Benfica's match against Barcelona and this match was really exciting and entertaining because Benfica as the host appeared very impressive and Barcelona was behind by if I'm not mistaken at that time the score was 3 -1 for Benfica's advantage, but if the team and players don't have a good mentality, they will definitely give up in that situation and may face defeat. However, it is different from Barcelona, which has a strong mentality which always remains enthusiastic even though it was far behind Benfica at that time, but with full enthusiasm and the match was played with maximum strength, it finally produced good results which in the end Barcelona was able to win against Benfica with a score of 4-5 and This was a great match by Barcelona.

Source: https://bola.kompas.com/read/2025/01/22/05231938/hasil-benfica-vs-barcelona-4-5-barca-berjaya-dalam-drama-9-gol-di-stadion-cahaya
and honestly what I liked the most in this match was Raphael, he really was a savior for Barcelona and in the last minute he scored a goal which ultimately made Barcelona's score superior and of course Barcelona succeeded in getting 3 points. In my opinion, Barcelona will definitely have the potential to be a strong candidate to become champions in the Champions League and Flick as Barcelona's new coach will definitely want to bring Barcelona to become UCL champions. What do you all think, is it possible that Barcelona will be a strong candidate to become champion?

UCL clubs are indeed very good and they must be clubs with strong mentality. Benfica did appear very good in that match because they were the host and their confidence looked very good so they really looked like they wanted to win the match and of course they didn't want to be defeated and embarrassed by Barcelona. yes everyone must be entertained by the match because both teams showed their best abilities but if I personally had guessed that Barcelona would be able to win because in terms of ball possession Barcelona was much more dominant than Benfica. so of course by controlling a lot of balls the potential to score goals will be a lot. yes of course now they are satisfied to be able to win at Benfica's home and yes Barcelona really had an extraordinary performance in this match.

indeed if not for him the match could have been a draw but fortunately Raphinha was able to score a goal well and take advantage of the opportunity well. for now we don't know whether Barcelona will be the champion of this UCL or not. but I remember the words of the Benfica coach who said that Barcelona was a strong candidate to be the champion this season. but of course we don't know whether Barcelona will continue to be in its best form or not because for me a team depends on its performance whether it will continue to improve its performance or not. but of course Bruno Lage also doesn't say carelessly.

We should be grateful and at the same time, careful because gambling ruined someone mentally and financially. Winning and losing days are always covered by our wager. Today can make one smiling but tomorrow, sadness. One can easily predict games these days and go straight to bed and rest. Gambling is always forged and designated to make people lose massively, the space is understandable. Facts be portrayed, UEFA Champions League matches are easy to predict, there's always presence of good amount of goals.

Barcelona won Benfica, it was really an amazing game. Barcelona reciprocated after conceding multiple goals. Everyone thought they gave up but giving up was not an option for them. Barcelona are big team and this puts them in category where they always appear to be striking valuable actions that issued them big winnings.
