Their position on the standings is not what is expected from a defending champion of the champions league but sometimes we may see some poor performance at the beginning and then later see them being their best again and win the trophy. I don’t doubt their ability to win the trophy this season and I’m sure they will definitely do something about their performance to be well positioned for the UCL trophy.

You can be wrong about this. Although Munich is a good team, we all know how strong PSG is. PSG is a difficult team. Well, in the end, Real Madrid's strength is still very much taken into account even though it is in a fairly unstable condition at the moment. I am not entirely sure when was the last time I saw Real Madrid not be the favourites in any game at all, normally they are the ones that are favourites in every single game they play, against anyone ever. But this time around they are seen as worse.

Because, Real Madrid has injury problems and Mbappe problems and not doing that great this season so far because of these two reasons, whereas when we talk about Liverpool they have been doing better than ever, Arne Slott was really the fresh breath of air they needed and they are leading both premier league and UEFA champions league both at the same time. When you look at it on paper it's clear that Liverpool is much better this season and that's why they are the favourites. But, this is Real Madrid we are talking about and I am sure that they are going to be fine no matter whatever happens, there is a chance they could still win.

So I will not judge them for seriousness or not because in reality they are really serious in every match even though the results may look different for this season.

More precisely because some of the players they have are injured so that Real Madrid's strength is much less consistent. They have lost twice in the Champions League so far and the defeats were against teams that were not too strong so there are many things that Ancelotti needs to fix and that is not talking about the draws they have gotten. Real Madrid remains the favorite in the Champions League because they do have a very good mentality in the league.

But if their strength is not much better and they do not play more solidly then I doubt they will be able to maintain consistency and it will be much more difficult to defend the title because currently there are many other teams that may have changed with much stronger and more solid strength.
