It occurred to me to remember that Liverpool's match on the UCL stage, whether it was in the group stage or in the knockout phase in the past, at that time Liverpool found the opponent was a mediocre team, whether it was a team from where the opponent was, I forget. But at least it happened a few times at that time but unfortunately, Liverpool against a mediocre team or maybe it can be said is a dark horse team several times Liverpool have lost. But when Liverpool play a top team then I remember Liverpool will be able to finish well and with the history I remember like that, it is very possible to play against Inter this knockout round at least Liverpool still promises a good result. Also, when teams from England play against teams from Italy, I personally feel most of them will always side with the England team but yes, even though it's not certain but it looks like teams from England can indeed play more powerfully.
It is totally understandable to lose to a dark horse type of team when you least expect it. That's the type of team Liverpool is, they could beat Barcelona 4-0 to go to next stage, and then lose to some mediocre team instead. Even if not mediocre, even if it is like atalanta or dortmund which are teams not at the top like Bayern, Psg, City or something like that, they are still not low level teams neither, and Liverpool should be able to beat those teams for sure.
Sometimes they just give up I think, if you watch the games you know how hardcore Liverpool plays and I feel like they can't do this for 90 minutes, by the end of first half they should be tired beyond measure and yet they do it, and sometimes you watch them and they are just basically walking around the pitch. This is why I am not entirely sure if it is smart to predict them beating anyone, but not smart to assume they will lose to anyone.
