I agree with you that Chelsea is a good team. They are a strong team. But when we compare Chelsea with Liverpool, Manchester City or Bayern Munich, the Chelsea team feels a bit weaker than them. In Premier League, Chelsea have lost to Manchester City, drawn with Manchester United and Liverpool. Their performance against a strong team is not satisfactory.

Chelsea is very good in the English championship this year as well, they showed that they are a very high quality and experienced team, and I would not be surprised if they go to the final again, and in one game everything is always possible.
By no means should they be underestimated.

Manchester City have stronger financial and they can get many star player and last season success pass to final before defeating by Chelsea, but I am not sure to choose Manchester City as candidate team will get champion league trophy in this year, less mentality talking more in champion league and never make it true. I think most close for Real Madrid if they have full team without any injury or getting covid 19 during champion league running and I see Madrid have great and solid team right now than other club. How ever still have one month later 16 phase round will begin and we can see which team pass to next stage.

Sometimes they just give up I think, if you watch the games you know how hardcore Liverpool plays and I feel like they can't do this for 90 minutes, by the end of first half they should be tired beyond measure and yet they do it, and sometimes you watch them and they are just basically walking around the pitch. This is why I am not entirely sure if it is smart to predict them beating anyone, but not smart to assume they will lose to anyone.

I agree that generally on paper Liverpool is the better team and therefore also the big favorite to advance here, but i don't that the gap between those two teams is that big to be honest, that is is a clear and easy win for Liverpool. Inter is playing a great season so far and at the moment it looks like as they could win the Serie A title again, for the second year in a row now, so they definitely have a lot of momentum and confidence. We also need to consider that the game is still around 6 weeks away, so anything can happen until then, may it be a series of losses for one of the teams or important players that can not participate because of injuries or covid.
