Red Devils are unpredictable in the soul...
the formation you have, the spirit you have .. it remains even if the players change and the years pass
see Atalanta, a team that I have been following for at least a decade or more
over the years it has maintained its humility and still builds not thinking of being a great team
-- its just an example, but the mentality and "spirit" of team remain
..
another example, Inter
how many coaches, managers, bosses, players has he changed?
yet it always remains an inconclusive team (see CL)
look at Juventus, a team that has always thought only about money and the budget
The word you are looking for is "money". Money is not just used to buy players, it is used to hire staff as well, staff that are best at what they are doing, staff that gain experience in other clubs and show future and hired, staff that have the best techniques to improve the players the best, revolving constantly of course but still the best are hired with money. Money is used to buy training pitches, field that is the best ever, field that goes from small size practice things to huge sizes, equipment that makes players the best, equipments that takes huge amount of money to constantly buy new, millions spent on it every year.
From cooks to nutritionists to psychologists to many other stuff. Basically money makes a team big, and I do not mean just money once, I mean consistently getting that money and spending it on the club for things that won't change, even the buildings. Then of course you get players, the most important part, but without other parts, the best player would become a bad player eventually.
