Yes, the meeting of such teams at such an early stage is in general almost a "mini-final", but on the other hand will be less predictable other stages and the less strong teams will have a chance to at least reach the finals.
Last match against Nottingham Forest Manchester United played very well, dominating the whole game, almost no chance for Nottingham.

Although Manchester lost the last 2 games to Spanish teams, but this time it will be a game of skill, so Manchester will fight to the end and I think the chances to pass Barcelona are good.

Barcelona has demonstrated well in their past matches which will be one of the advantage they will use to improve their performance so that people will believe that they have the potential to move higher forward. If Barcelona can make their defense more stronger for any strong teams,it will really help them to achieve victory from all their matches which is the things their fans what to experience from them in their remaining matches. I don't think, Manchester united can achieve this title in this season, because they are more focus on premier league title than this UEFA Europa league title.

The statistic said yeah barcelona is far above MU in any aspect but when we will see the reality and then statistic didn't matter a lot. It's caused by there are many aspects that will be determining the result from the match. Barcelona may be chosen by bookies to be the most favourite team for the next match against MU but i didn't forget if MU has been going back again to the its best form. Lewandowski must also aware if he will face casemiro again. That might be a disaster for him.
The current formation that owned by MU looks perfect from any aspects. Rashford was making MU even scary caused by he was always doing so many contribution to the team.

yeah but so many people keep underestimating MU. I was learning from what happened with barcelona. The same thing was also happening when barcelona against intermilan. Memphis Depay is one of the best strikers in currently in La Liga and agreed about his lack or playing time which is surely hurting because he needs more opportunities but due to arrival of Robert Lewandowski it's not coming with most chances Barcelona will also try to sell him in coming January transfer window but now things looking favourable for him in absence of first choice striker's injury which is good and most chances he will try his best for giving results and having better things about his future his performance in world cup was also good which helps Netherlands for having better results but now hopefully he will do again if Barcelona give him better time of playing.

Many regretted this, as Manchester United and Barcelona were thought to be more attractive if they met at the end of the competition, but it was the draw that came out that they had to play now in the play offs. It won't be easy for us to predict who will qualify for the next round, because apart from these two teams being big teams, they also have some weaknesses and strengths that are very visible this season.

Memphis Depay is not a bad player, but he is not so good either, he is kind of an ordinary player. He didn't score goals in the 2022 world cup, he scored only one goal, and that was against USA in the round of 16. He is rarely in the starting line-up this season because Barcelona bought many players that are better than him last summer, and Xavi no longer needs him as an important player in the team. I feel Depay should move to another team as soon as possible, if he stays in Barcelona he will only play when there are injuries to first team players, or when the match is not so important to Barcelona.

I am guessing that Ronaldo doesn't show what he used to show during the practice periods? Or the fact that he couldn't score much during the group stages and the other games as well? I get that he is the guy with the most goals ever, so I am not going to argue about his scoring abilities, dude definitely scored a lot of goals so far, but just because he did that in the past doesn't mean that he did it during the world cup neither.

Manager saw him missing chances that other players "may" score, and it worked well on the first game, but against Morocco that didn't work, and Ronaldo showed up later as well and he failed to, it is just reality that he doesn't score like he used to.

Depay is not a bad player. He atleast once again proved it as he played in Qatar. He was a moving energy to his country men. If I were to be a coach and I need strength in football, I will definitely use Memphis because of his speed and strength.
I think the major problem is with Xavi. He doesn't know how to use these players and Lewandowski is inclusive.

I don't expect Barcelona to fail again this season in the Europa League even though its journey to qualifying for the last 16 is never easy. Beating Manchester United was a tough task, I never thought it would be easy but this season Barcelona and their players seem more experienced than ever.
